Today, for the first time, i got my longest handstand hold. In August during Ozora, I promised myself to unlock this before the end of this year.
With 3 more months still to NYE, and this unlocked, I have a lot more new stuff to learn and perfect.

35 mensen. 3 begeleiders. Eén ruimte.

En 1,5 uur waarin iedereen even helemaal uit de dagelijkse drukte stapte.

Afgelopen weekend mocht ik op Healing Garden Festival meerdere groeps ademsessies begeleiden. En eerlijk gezegd: dit was er eentje die ik niet snel vergeet.

Wat er daarna gebeurde vond ik misschien nog wel het mooiste. Mensen die vertelden dat ze eindelijk konden ontspannen, er kwamen emoties los. Dat ze zich lichter voelden en veel vrede van binnen. Dat ze voor het eerst in lange tijd echt even uit hun hoofd kwamen en alles heel helder was.

En de vele reviews die ik daarna kreeg waren weer ontzettend mooi om te lezen.

Bijvoorbeeld:
“Super Ervaring gehad met breathwork en ijsbad. Mooie balans tussen theorie en praktijk. Je leert je zelf op een fijne en rustige manier kennen en hoe je met stress om gaat. Leer jezelf weer te ontstressen op een volle manier!” - Robert kramer

Dit is precies waarom ik dit werk doe.

Niet omdat iedereen hetzelfde moet ervaren, maar omdat ademwerk je de ruimte kan geven om even stil te staan, te voelen wat er speelt en je lichaam weer wat meer rust te laten ervaren.

For years, the idea of a single line tattoo lived quietly in the back of my mind. At first, I didn’t fully understand the beauty of something so simple. But time, experience, and a few hard lessons have taught me the power of simplicity, discipline, balance, and trusting the path you walk.
Yesterday, that line finally became real.

It is a quiet reminder to stay centered, to stay aligned, and to move with the flow of life.

In movement, it feels like a continuation of my body’s natural flow. A line of presence.

Thank you Ashwin for the care, patience, and trust in bringing this piece to life. It took time, but getting it right mattered.

The feminine figure has always fascinated me. The way light falls across the curves of the body, the softness of the skin, the quiet poetry in every pose she takes, every part of her feels like art.

Here I tried a new technique, just experimenting really.
White charcoal on grey paper, letting the highlights emerge from the darkness.

"A Tale of Love"

Five years of choosing each other.

I painted this for @raj.lvp and his partner as an anniversary gift. In many ways, it became a reminder I didn’t know I needed.

In a time when love has often felt uncertain and difficult for me to understand, there are still souls who find each other, and in finding, create something larger than themselves.

At the center of this piece, their light.
Two individuals meeting, merging, and becoming one shared presence. Not losing themselves, but expanding. Not dissolving, but deepening.

The abstract forms hold their separateness, their colors, their identities, yet converges toward that quiet center. That union. That sacred in-between space that only love can create.

A reminder that love, in its truest form, is not about completion, but about illumination.

Happy anniversary to them, and to the rare beauty of two lights choosing to shine together.

Travel Therapy - Sin city and the forests

Words cant describe this much needed experience. So here are some moments from my journey. So many amazing memories created for life, lessons learnt along adventures with @gmt.s and @akx1412 and for me personally this was a required break after a year of no travels.

"A silent place."

Hello all! It's been a while!

Well, im excited to release this new painting finally. About 30 hours of work across a few months, everything has come together beautifully. It's a large piece so there are a lot of details in there. Im glad I took my time with it.

The past few months have been full of change and learning. I think each part of this piece carries a bit of what I was feeling at the time expressed through the brushstrokes. And now, im happy to share this with you.
