POV of when my disciplines became my devotion -My sweet ritual- My daily offering to me. It keeps calling my name even when I didn’t feel worthy.

Let’s look at yesterday workout diary. Btw I love seeing ppl record themselves and not make fun of me anymore for doing it cuz I been knew this is how we grow. When we study our patterns and responses. We inspire and we grow together, no room for shade only collaboration. ……. Let’s look at when the drill legit creates the skills: I locked that triangle so fast in the live round. I almost killed the kid my fav training bjj partner cuz he wouldn’t tap and he kept twisting on his neck to get out of it but you can’t twist if it’s locked… he def be submitting me fast af too but I was so proud to lock 3 in a row,, then he took my arm 3xs lol… but any who…BJj has taught me at the very least you must tap and know your limits or you die 🔥
