✨Let’s Connect✨

I am deeply passionate about connecting with community and individuals on their unique healing journey. My goal is to hold nurturing spaces where we can explore growth, healing, and transformation and joy together.

Here are some ways we can connect:

✨Workshops: Workshop offerings include gemstone bracelet making, crystals and conversation, meditation, and sound healing. I also love collaborating with others to create unique workshops that blend different modalities, providing a holistic experience. Check out my website or Instagram for upcoming experiences!

✨Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in soothing vibrations from crystal bowls as you relax and rejuvenate. Experience is available via zoom or in person for individual or groups. Pre-recorded meditations are also available to cater to your unique needs.

✨Distance Reiki: Reiki is a beautiful practice of energy healing that originated in Japan, designed to support your journey towards healing and relaxation. Each session is a sacred space where you can reconnect with your inner self. During our time together, you’ll experience a card pull to gain insight, followed by energy healing to help release blockages and promote harmony. We’ll also engage in heartfelt discussion and connection, allowing for a deeper exploration of your path.

✨Private Events: Gather with friends or loved ones for a customized healing experience catered to your needs.

✨1:1 Connections: This time is guided by what you need most. I will meet with you to discuss your needs and where you need some extra love and support. Based on your needs, I will lead you through a personalized meditation held in reiki energy and/or sound healing. I will provide gemstone recommendations to support your intentions and ship this to you. We will end our time together with supportive practices

Let’s connect and walk this journey together!

Take a moment and tune into the beauty of gemstones. Which ones are you most drawn to?

Normally what we are drawn to is an intuitive nudge towards energies that we need most at this time.

Whether you seek balance, positivity, strength, protection, or support with self care, these radiant treasures can illuminate and support your journey.

Hand knotted Mala necklaces are a great addition to mindfulness or meditative practice. I’ve been creating mala necklaces upon request to support some beautiful souls with love, protection and bringing in calming energies. Making mala necklaces is a very different creative process for me, but the process is magical, meditative and calming.

Mala Prayer necklaces, were traditionally used in Buddhist and Hindu prayer ceremonies and meditation for centuries and it’s important to acknowledge the history of these pieces and how they have arrived to us today.

Good morning beautiful souls. It’s been a while since I’ve shared something personal with you all! Lately I’ve been through a big transition in my life and one thing that has always brought me back to a place of serenity is connection with nature, gratitude and of course my CRYSTALS! For those of you wanting to form a relationship with your crystals, it’s really simple.

Start off with cleansing your gemstones in way that is safe for the crystal and one that you feel connected to (moonlight, sun, water, placing them on the earth, incense smoke etc).

Then think about/feel what you need to be supported in, whether it’s support through a transition, new beginning, self care you name it and close your eyes and speak your intention. Once you do this, you can choose to meditate, hold your crystal in your hands and form a bond with its energy. That’s it!

Make sure you continue to cleanse and recharge your stones when you intuitively feel they may need a boost!

This is my experience and know there are many other ways to connect with crystals! Follow your heart, you’ll know what to do!

Thanks to @allyandnicholas for capturing me in my element ❤️❤️ by @mindfullycreated_designs
