Over the last two weeks, I've taken you through the spaces of a home that brings together modern living, warm wood, traditional details and a little bit of Kerala soul.

Signed off with my stamp of hand-painted taamaras (lotuses) on the pooja unit handles. A small, personal detail that felt like a subtle finishing touch to a home named after the lotus.❤️ by @mindfulspacesindia

One of those small design decisions that makes a huge difference to how a wardrobe functions.

Deep shelves at the bottom often become where clothes go to disappear. Drawers bring everything out to you, visible, accessible and easy to put back.

And if you file-fold your clothes? Even better. You can see almost everything at a glance.

One Room. Three Moods.

If you invest in one thing for your bedroom, let it be the bedding.

Same room. Same furniture. Same lighting.
And yet, every version feels completely different.

Bedding has the power to shift the entire personality of a space - from bold and dramatic, to calm and grounding, to warm and joyful.

You don’t always need heavy panelling, trending wallpaper, expensive artwork or a complete renovation to refresh a bedroom.

Hit the Hyrox finish line last Saturday!
Just a bonus moment and experience to celebrate everything that came before it. Because this journey was built on shared pain, inside jokes, loud cheers and somehow levelling up while having an absolute blast! 😀

To my race partner and gym bestie @ruchi_lifeinframes. Teaming up with you was a no brainer, your calm and reassuring (sometimes savage 😉) coach attitude kept our training on track and our spirits high! There is no way I could do this alone. 🥹

To all the coaches

@subrothob - didn't know S&C would come with a side of crazy but hey, I embraced it. Somewhere along the way, you became more friend than coach. Thanks for helping us build the engine and humbling us regularly with those darn awesome WODs.

Bijen - The HYROX whisperer. Razor-sharp, intuitive, and just ridiculously good at what you do. Truly next level.🔥

John, Imtiyaz, Riddhi - Thank you for absorbing all the noise, the whining, and still showing up with kind smiles and loud cheers.

To the squad, you know who you are! The real reason none of us skipped a day.
(Or at least felt guilty enough to show up anyway 😏). And Hyfit, the playground that sets the scene and bears witness to all of this.

People might call this a midlife crisis…
but if this is one, it’s the best kind!!!
