Individual one-of-a-kind 1:12 worlds of art for sale

POSTS STORIES REELS

TAKE A TOUR of the HAUNTED MANSION dollhouse

A quick room by room journey through the haunted TOOMBS mansion, from the moonlit courtyard right up to the attic.

Lovingly inspired by Leota Toombs and the idea of redesigning a mansion around a new story with her life at the center.

This ONE-OF-A-KIND dollhouse is currently for sale. DM for inquiries or see my previous listings.

THE TOOMBS MANSION is now FOR SALE

(((⚰️PLEASE share with or tag anyone you think might be interested! I'm still a pretty small artist without a huge reach and your help getting this in front of people helps! )))

Welcome to my latest haunted mansion project, The TOOMBS mansion. Inspired by the legendary mistress of the spirit world, Madame Leota, and my newly imagined story of her life.

An unlucky 13 haunted rooms, a private cemetery, gatehouse and lush grounds make up this delightfully unlivable mansion. Look closely and you'll find several Easter eggs and nods to the classic attraction, while still telling its own story.

COST: 20k
*but all serious offers are considered

Approximately: 5' tall, by 45" at the base, the house, base level and gardens are separate pieces that combine but make transport and delivery possible.

The house has several easy to use battery operated lights, no wiring or plugging in needed. As well as a few hidden effects tucked away.

Nationwide white glove delivery is available at an extra cost. (This service delivered my last two mansions across the country) or free local pickup in Washington DC can be arranged as well.

DM for inquiries and further details. FaceTime tours can be arranged for those looking for a final resting place.

This was my most complex, and unique build to date. Aside from my original designs throughout, I'm also very proud to feature the work of many of my artist friends in the community who helped me fill in all the rich details. Every new project allows me to buy more from small artists and designers which is really exciting for me.

My home studio only produces about 2 mansions a year, no two the same, and I humbly think they are some of the most unique dollhouses on the market. Like fine art, these pieces are my own sculptures and I hope following along has been just as fun for you, as it is for me! by @minding_my_manors

SUNLIGHT AND SHADOW

I had a request for some pics on daylight. While I don't think bright sunlight suits the interior of a gloomy manor, the sun-drenched exterior is another story.

I love seeing how the light falls through the trees to create dancing shadows and make the house really feel real.

What do you think? Do you like it better bathed in moonlight, or sunlight?

I couldn’t be more thrilled to have written the article this month in World of Miniatures magazine @worldofminimag about the phenomenally talented artisan JD of @minding_my_manors who creates 1:12 scale miniature haunted mansions. Here’s a behind-the-scenes peek at my interview with JD. I’ve long been a fan of his magical work and experiencing it in person is even more incredible; an honor to be a part of the story of such a talented artisan. I encourage you to check out the October issue of the magazine to read the story of how these haunted miniatures are created… and by the way, this one is for sale! Always consider making a masterpiece one of a kind yours before it ghosts you. 🪦🕸️💀👻🕯️✨

SHADOWS & MOONLIGHT

Sometimes I just sit here with the house lit like it's a Christmas tree. 11 year old me would be floored that I brought this to life all these years later. A lifelong dream of making a haunted mansion dollhouse a reality.

This one would be the hardest to part with, but I hope to connect her with a future owner soon.

Yes, My work is big, and my art costs a decent amount of money, but you'll be hard pressed to find another dollhouse anywhere like it.

DM for inquiries.
