Buying back your time was never just so you could work more.

It's so you could actually live in your body again — not just your inbox.
As a Mindful Entrepreneurs I got to workout and recharge my body with friends and community on a rooftop court in Bangkok, sweating through a workout together instead of scrolling alone in a hotel room. No pitch decks. No hustle-culture chest-beating. Just people showing up for themselves — and for each other.

Most "networking events" hand you a business card and a lanyard. This one handed us a sound bowl, a yoga mat, and a whiteboard — and something actually shifted.

Building a business will wreck your nervous system if nobody ever tells you to put the phone down and breathe. Most entrepreneur events skip that part completely.

All strategy, zero stillness. You leave with a notebook full of tactics and a body still running on empty.
So this one did both🇹🇭💫. Sound bath and yoga to reset the nervous system. Then straight into the Time Compass, mindset work, and real strategy — taught in a room, not a slide deck.
