Hips don’t lie.

As a yoga instructor and a massage therapist- someone who believes in science but also believes there are things that science can’t prove, I know that the body can store emotions. Stress being a HUGE one. We store a ton of emotions right here.

The amazing hip joint has a ton of mobility and strength. It consists of the hips socket (acetabulum) and head of the femur with many ligaments and muscle attachments.

The Human Spine.
That which protects protects, supports and holds all your nervous system.
Little facts:
7 cervical vertebrae- most flexible
12 thoracic vertebrae- least flexible also attached to ribs
5 lumbar vertebrae- biggest most weight bearing of the vertebrae
Sacrum - four fused bones at the base of the spine Kind of in the shape of a horseshoe crab

Spinal health is excruciatingly important!

Left vs Right brain...
they say left handed people use more of their right brain...
Knowing our brains and how they function is so important to the rest of our health.
Are you more left or right brained ??
