You know how to keep life moving.
Nobody taught you to read what’s quietly moving you.

That’s why @sayitsoftsociety exists.

That feeling has a name. Let’s find it, together.

Sitting with a feeling is where you come alive. Follow along, and join the list for first access to the deck. Link in bio. by @minetremartin

If my private world is in order, it will be because I decided to grow every day.

Gordon MacDonald’s words have stayed with me this week. I’m in a season of stewarding things I can’t afford to mismanage: a business, a home, my relationships, my walk with God. So I’m building systems strong enough to carry the weight.

A home organizer. Atomic Habits back off the shelf. Bible study with my girls. Gradually Then Suddenly on the nightstand. And some math that humbled me: 168 hours in a week, 56 for sleep, 40 for work. That leaves 72.

Those 72 hours are where my private world either gets ordered or gets neglected.

Do the math on your week. What are you doing with what’s left? by @minetremartin

October felt like one big art project on the makings of joy.

When I sat down earlier this year to write the joy card for my EQ deck, I had to admit to myself that I genuinely had no clue what caused or sustained it. Happiness I knew, but joy, that was the hardest piece of treasure to find. So I kept asking God, how do I really know when I’m feeling it?

Here’s where I landed: when all I can do is show it, because the feeling is unspeakable.

PS I finally finished that joy card ☺️

Here’s a tiny glimpse of it. by @minetremartin

This week I stood on the Renew Conference stage, hosted by @wearedreamcollective and @missionallabs, and pitched @sayitsoftsociety

I told the room about the one word that changed my life, and the verse that shaped what came next: guard your heart above all else. But you can’t guard what you can’t name.

Watching people lean in, laugh with me, and stay to talk afterward confirmed it. Say It Soft Society was built for such a time as this.

I didn’t take home the win, but I got to leave with honest feedback, new connections and opportunities, and a clear next step: our first production run to get 20 free card decks in the hands of therapist and coaches.

Congratulations to the winner @spring.forth.poetry , and thank you to everyone who made room for this.

Special shout out to @bothandclinicalsolutions for being the first investment to make this possible! Im so full of gratitude and excited for what’s to come! by @minetremartin

You can’t save time. It does not accrue like money sitting in your savings. You can only decide what gets it.

Before the day starts deciding for you, choose 2 to 3 things that will make today feel well spent. Then protect the time you gave yourself to complete them.

This is where clarity forms. by @minetremartin

Yeah, yeah, yeah…here is some clarity and perspective for the road. by @minetremartin

Pick one. Write it down. Think about why.

1. Fix everything immediately
2. Overthink every possible outcome
3. Shut down and go quiet
4. React before I’ve had time to think
5. Keep functioning, but disconnect from what I’m feeling
6. Slow down, get clear, then decide by @minetremartin

Because…I FOUND(ed) the very thing I promised I’d help you find @sayitsoftsociety. Let me show you what it took. #ClarityUnderPressure. by @minetremartin

Funny how clarity finds you when you remember who’s really in control. by @minetremartin

Because I spent years thinking discipline had to sound mean. It doesn’t.

I’m not being soft on myself. I’m being smart about what actually helps me grow. by @minetremartin

Sometimes you just gotta walk it out.
Not every emotion needs to be analyzed. Some just need to move through your body.

Listen, your feelings are temporary. Don’t lose yourself…you are going to be okay! by @minetremartin
