Superfly ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Absolute banger. Pretty tough but once I got acquainted with the holds it came together. Bicycle beta worked well for me and of course I had a pretty bad fall lol.

Appreciate @allanljacob @ineluctablebase and the random strangers for the support 🙏

Loved it in Tulum, Mexico! Great vibes overall. Highly recommend for a getaway if you can.

Some highlights:
-Trained with @barracuda_tulummuaythai at @tulummuaythai -- great padwork 👍
-Watched @sleepyjadeross fight (and win) in @rumbleinthejunglemexico 😤
-Reunited with @thethaiboxinginstitute folks 🤗
-ate so many great tacos, probably too many to count 🌮

Thanks to Coach Vic for having me 🙏 taken in Tulum, Quintana Roo by @minglaw

~Appreciation post~ I'll keep this short!

Thank you to @thethaiboxinginstitute (Coach Vic) for letting me crash their trip to Thailand. It takes a lot to be open to outsiders, especially when you are protective of your own people while navigating a trip to another continent, so I appreciate that on Coach Vic's part. Thank you for taking care of everyone, and for making me feel included + welcome.

To the TBI Crew- Everyone I met on the trip has been lovely and awesome! I will miss training with yall 2x per day, getting delicious but cheap food, and last but not least... the roti. Let me know whenever any of you come to Philly!

Thank you @sitjaopho_muaythai for the training and friendly atmosphere! Theres a reason why people from all over the world come to train at Sitjaopho, the master disciples. All of the trainers are good but also equally playful. It was a blast (and brutal 🤣) training with @theerayot.2004 @phet_mai_sitjaopho @phetdam_sitjaopho @pisit_kambang @jaiphet_sitjaopho @hinphet_sitjaopho more. I will continue to think of my training at your gym for years to come and will make sure to visit again! taken in Sitjaopho Muay Thai by @minglaw
