Finally recovered from my second marathon. First marathon back since tearing my anterior labrum in my hip at the end of 2024. Started running again about 5 months ago and trained hard for 4 months. The race didn’t go as planned but it is what it is. I had food poisoning earlier in the week. And my pacing was off. I knew I shouldn’t have gone with the pacer and I knew it was bad news when I saw low 6 minute pace on my watch with a high heart rate. I couldn’t even make it to the half without walking. I died at mile 10.5. Dishonor. We live and we learn. Thank you big time to my sherpas out there @tinooo27 and @ocomichelle @phamxsang for pushing me when I was absolutely dead. And phone support from @jumbako You guys gave me the fight to keep on pushing and try my best to run when I all I could do was walk. Literally jog walked the second half. Pulled trigger mile 14. I literally questioned why I sign up to do these things. I literally think the marathon in my Ironman hurt less than this. Who knew what 2025 would bring.

Some key highlights of the year include getting licensed and starting my private practice, which opened so many doors. Thank you to all the individuals in CDCR, Global Pacific Psychological, and Dr. @williamvy of @revivechiropracticgroup for the guidance and professional development associated with private practice. I am grateful to be living out my dreams, whether that be riding my bike at random hours or just random traveling in a country halfway across the world. Thank you to all the individuals who supported me along the way. 2026 will be even greater! The dreams are only getting bigger. by @minh_dangg

Vietnam Pt. 1 aka the motherland. Saigon, Dalat, Hoi An, and Danang. Hội An before Typhoon Fengshen hits. 10/22/25. Only light wind and rain today. I guess no Ba Na Hills :( I hope this weather does not affect everyone’s custom tailored clothes :( they said it would only matter if the flooding gets bad. Would you like a cup of tea mate?!
Been grinding out there so I haven’t had much time to look at these pics. But here they are! My most recent Europe trip to Lisbon and Porto, Portugal. Notable spots there were the Sanctuary of Our Lady Fatima and the Benagil Sea Cave. They decreased access in the cave so I couldn’t get a good shot. Was taken from a boat.

Next, we went to Paris, France. You saw those pics in the previous post. From there, we did a day trip to Lourdes to see the Sanctuary of Our Lady Lourdes known to be a site where St. Bernadette saw apparitions of Mary. We did the water gestures here. Was excited in hopes for my hips :) Also, all the epic climbs in the Tour De France are right around Lourdes so I will def have to come back haha

From France, we went to London!
