Summer Body: On Schedule ✔️..This is really dedicated to what I have learned so far with personal training and consistently exercising. I had to relearn eating habits and portion sizes. It took discipline to establish a routine and maintain it even when I didn’t want to or when it stopped feeling convenient. A Note to 31 Years of Style 🖤..I asked everyone to come dressed as their favorite look of mine, tied to a memory we share so that we can reflect!..It felt so good to see myself through the people who’ve walked different seasons with me. To reminisce. To laugh.
