Battle for Jucha! Part 2!

This 24-hour scratch built forge world by @highfrontieratelier was an amazing centerpiece for the Admech civil war in our BFG narrative campaign. I wish I got more pictures of all the Admech ships but I was having too good of a time.

8 players, 4.5 hours, no one left unscathed. An Admech ship's hulk even crashed into the forge world which I'm sure will be recycled. ♻️

The Screamer Chonker is done! It was tough painting the fallen bc that's my personal Space Marine chapter, but the stakes have gotta be raised in the grimdark future. Consider it a story set for revenge.

The purple accents really pop. Thank You Color Wheel.

My final campaign game using the Iridescent Fleet of Tzeentch! What a campaign! I learned a lot notably that I'm not good lol. A lot of fun was had tho! Those damn greenskins!

I should've been using this battleship every game! The Desolator class Battleship is a long range bruiser with 4 turrets, 4 shields, 9 torpedoes, 4 lances on each side, 6 dorsal weapons batteries, and 25 cm speed. I'll post some more pics of it that show off its crystalized rear fin.

For my next BFG campaign, I'm thinking I'll use my space marine fleet but maybe, just maybe I'll use Chaos to their full potential and make Tzeentch proud for a change. 😉

¡Behemoth Fuego!

This fire is out of control!

I primed this with a satin clear coat spray to hide layer lines from the 0.4 nozzle before painting. Then I wet blended from red > orange > yellow > white to draw the eye to the face and hands.

Fire Elemental experiment complete. Mission accomplished.

Now onto water elementals 🌊

Wet Blending is hot! 🔥

Ok I think we're onto something here with wet blending to achieve better color gradients.
Not the best print but this was all about a pushing myself to try new speed painting techniques other than using actual Speed Paint™️
