One thing is for damn sure, I’ve been having fun for 10+ years working out🥹❤️‍🔥 (and I’ve had a lot of shoes). There are days that don’t feel fun, but that’s where my character has been built. ⚔️

Along the way I’ve fallen in love with the outcome of seeing my hard work pay off, helping others realize the same and now I get to do it with my soulmate/ favorite coach. I’ve seen clients go from never working out before to starting in their late 60s and ridding of ailments they never thought possible after trying everything else. Why not now? Movement is medicine. Find yours and stick with it. I know a place😉

this is my own ‘monday motivation’ to keep going because we are just getting started!🤟

🌈🐾Stitch, you were the ripple effect that started my love for rescue and watching a dog completely change just from being loved. You’ll never know all the ways your love changed us, but boy has it. I’ll never forget bringing you home with me and Dad telling me to find you a home, fast forward years later when it was time for me to move out he didn’t want you coming with me 😅you were everyone’s best friend. Countless road trips and rides in the car that I’ll never forget with those squinted eyes staring right at me, chilling for the journey. All the days you babysat the kids with me and taught them also how to be gentle and love animals. Your mark was left wherever those paws went. The older you got, the more particular you got, but don’t we all. Although you never lost your love for back massages, hamper hideouts during rainstorms, roast beef and a good tennis ball to tear up. Some things never change! You completely broke the mold, my boy. My only dog to have an Instagram account. A legend, truly! I’ll miss buying you presents for every holiday since I never knew when your birthday was. I will always tell everyone about my first rescue dog! ….Stitch! Louis! HOP! Spoiled as ever. The best boy. We kept hearing how rain was good luck for your wedding day and WOW we must be the LUCKIEST! We surely felt so loved on and so supported by all of our friends & family on our most special day! Tremendous thank you to EVERYONE who made all of our dreams come true from our families to our vendors to the people we didn’t even get to meet that made the day SO PERFECT!✨none of it goes unnoticed!
