Have you ever experienced a friendship breakup?! 💔❤️‍🩹

In a romantic breakup, there’s usually a Bridget Jones-style tub of ice cream and a duvet to hide under. 🍦🛌

But when a friendship ends… how do you navigate that kind of heartbreak?

Communication expert @minigriz shares her top tips for navigating the end of a friendship and finding your way forward. 😭❤️‍🩹 Thanks for having me @morningshowon7 #friendship #friends #breakup #reel #réel by @minigriz

I had the pleasure of hanging out with Ross Stevenson and @howcroft Howcroft @3aw693, Thursday morning.

The topic? AI dating 🤯. As Communication Expert (or as Ross fondly calls me, the Communication Guru),I had a few things to say...

The conclusion: we need to get back to human connection. A lovely caller, Darryl, shared that he’s having trouble with this in his own workplace, where staff have stopped talking to one another. Yep, it’s gotten that bad.

Understandably, dating fatigue is high among many Australians, with 1 million people turning to AI to find love. But the 3AW crew all agreed: AI might not be the answer to filling that void.

Oh, and there were also mentions of the good old Blue Light Disco. Remember those?!

A massive thank you to 3AW 693 for boots on the ground journalism.

A highlight of my career was spending 6:30 a.m. with you two! Also, I promise to bring my curling wand in next time! @minigriz #3aw #radio #aidating #ai by @minigriz

We are @makitaaustralia family.. they put so much love in my heart..

We’ve @frontandcentre_learning been a part of their family for over 2.5 years and I’m forever grateful to have a seat at their table.

I’ve spent 107 days with them teaching, training, laughing, learning and getting up to mischief.. every day I leave feeling so privileged I get to spend many of my working days with them

Today I had the honour to MC as we opened our new home in Melbourne a very special day with customers, team members, a huge community and lots of partying

This post is dedicated to @carol.germanos for asking me to join their family and Yoshi (Makita MD) for welcoming in with open arms .. heart is Makita full ❤️ #makita #mc #family by @minigriz

Apparently one of me wasn’t enough. They’ve deployed me across EVERY SCREEN.. so I’m now deploying me to your screens too!!! That way I can be everywhere 🤣🤣

Some little bite-sized survival guide from today’s @morningshowon7 I’ll drop the rest tomorrow!!

1. The silent treatment: Taking time out is healthy. Using silence as punishment is not

2. Is it ever too late? If the relationship matters, I don’t believe it is. Big messes can still have conversations.

3. Surviving Father’s Day: skip to this one if you only have 50 seconds

4.Arguments at the table? Remember the 3 Ps:
PAUSE. PARK IT. Protect the relationship, not your need to win the argument. #fathersday #family #communication
