Just placed this amazing Venus Flytrap/pitcher plant made by Penny Tpaborigi of Bangkok, Thailand. Works well with the fortune teller theme. #112 #112plants #dollhousesofinstagram #nightmarebeforechristmas by @minijacquib

Ken Byers reproduced this miniature model of the 1914 Maytag “Hired Girl” washing machine. The actual electric machine was mass produced. Sort of reminded me of the first cars in that they were referred to horseless carriage. The washer was built starting with a wooden barrel. Thanks @minidolltoymuseum for the prompt Must see.

#minijoymonth2026 Day 27 Small Wonders hosted by @minininja2009
I recently purchased this set of sterling silver silverware. The maker was unknown by the seller. Yes, there are a lot of lesser choices of silverware out there but these looked vintage and a must have. Thanks to @vintagedollhouseshop for gathering so many wonderful hosts. #112 #miniaturecollector #dollhouseminiatures by @minijacquib

#minijoymonth2026 Day 26 Prompt Before and After. This was a more difficult one because I am not a crafter, per se. A friend gave a packet of stamps to me from her trip. I had a Reutter corner box handy, so I put wallpaper on some foam board and inserted that, and then applied some card stock with a travel theme. Then randomly applied the stamps. Of course, I had to add related furniture with travel themes. Thanks to our host #mini_house_of_liv and @vintagedollhouseshop by @minijacquib

#minijoymonth2026 Day 25 Books and Stories Having lived on the Gulf Coast most of my life, shell collecting and identification have always given me much pleasure. This amazing little Seashell resource is so special, I have three of them placed in various settings. I had a copy of this as a child and would trace the images. Thank you @storybookminiatures for this prompt, although I understand you were probably looking for storybooks from our childhood. If I ever find the story of the three kittens who dumped all the paint, I’ll think of you. @vintagedollhouseshop #112 #miniaturecollection by @minijacquib

Day 21 of #minijoymonth2026 with the prompt Special to Me The host @miniature_moments_with_dad and organized by @vintagedollhouseshop This silver chair, a pin cushion, belonged to my grandmother. I covered the original seat with a silk tie remnant. Its scale works well in my Victorian bedroom.
