Happy 6th Birthday to our baby LONDYN! 🎂

Our sweet, loving firstborn, we love you so much 🥹💙 We had a belated celebration this year on Sunday, April 19th at @royalmagiccastle.nyc due to travel, life and everything else in between. Londyn is currently OBSESSED with Monster Jam, so we had to bring his dream party to life.

Huge thank you to all our amazing friends and family who came out to celebrate with us—it truly means everything. And of course, no one left empty-handed…families went home with VANS Checkerboard Mini Backpacks c/o @vans and Monster Jam trucks.

🎂🍭Happy 3rd Birthday to our baby OCEAN! 🍭🎂 We love you so much, our sweet, funny, fearless boy! We celebrated on Sunday, September 21st at @royalmagiccastle.nyc, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for our pastel Candyland theme. From the decor to the energy, everything felt like a candy wonderland!

Huge thank you to all our amazing friends and family who came out to celebrate — it means the world to us. This theme was such a fun challenge (it gets harder every year), but the Royal Magic Castle was made for it. The space was super cute, enclosed (so parents could actually relax a bit 😂), and packed with fun activities for every age — from babies to big kids. I was obsessed with the soft color palette, the spacious private room, and how the staff took care of everything — setup, decor, and bringing my Candyland inspo to life with the cutest balloon and table setup.

And of course, our guests didn’t leave empty-handed! Families went home with the coolest Jordan Stadium Bag c/o @rookiekids (parents wanted one too 🤭), filled with adorable Happy Birthday Slime c/o @sloomooinstitute and Macaron Labubu water bottle labels c/o @paperartsstudionyc. Plus, the famous Pickle Guys snacks made a return — back by popular demand! 🥒 We had the sweetest day celebrating our little guy surrounded by so much love. Thank you all for making Ocean’s third birthday so special! Until the next party! 🎉

Happy 5th Birthday to our baby LONDYN! We love you so much! We celebrated early on Sat, March 15th at @funzyplaytangram—thank you to everyone who came to the greatest birthday on Earth! 
Special shoutout to all the “little clowns” who made the day extra fun, and to our amazing family & friends for showing up. This year, we went with a carnival theme and hosted at Funzy Play, the private premium party package is private and can host up to 80 guests! Perfect for my needs!

The space is aesthetically pleasing, thoughtfully designed, and just the right size—kids were entertained for hours, and parents didn’t have to chase them around. I loved the soft color palette, the spacious private party room, and how the staff took care of everything from decor to setup. I shared my inspo, and they brought the carnival theme to life with amazing balloons, table decor, and favors. Obsessed! They were so attentive—even made cotton candy and led arts & crafts with the kids.

We also had delicious bites and treats!
@chinatownsnacks brought their mini spam musubi & tuna mayo onigiri—huge hit! @pickledguys kept everyone snacking with pickles, olives and fruits. @theboiisco came thru with their Mooks (mochi-filled cookies)—flavor-packed and so good!

And of course, how would it be the greatest birthday on Earth without the greatest party favor?! Every kid left with a Levi’s denim jacket from @rookiekids customized with name buttons and fun carnival icons! Baby Londyn hopes everyone had a wonderful time!

Finally made it to The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark! 💦 We’ve heard so many great things about this place and the kids were soooo excited to go! We spent 2 nights and 3 days there, and honestly, it was such a fun and convenient little getaway with the kids!

Located in the Catskills in Monticello, NY, under a 2-hour drive from Manhattan, The Kartrite has so much to offer for families! The best part is that everything is under one roof, so there’s no worrying about the weather or having to drive around looking for things to do.

Two of our friends’ families joined us, which made the trip even more fun! The kids had the best time hanging out and playing together, while the adults got to relax and enjoy some quality time too.

Besides the indoor waterpark, there’s the Playopolis arcade with tons of games, claw machines, and prizes to win! There are also other activities around the resort, including bowling, laser tag, and more. Definitely no shortage of things to keep the kids entertained!

Check-in was super easy, and I loved that our stay included waterpark admission, so we could enjoy the waterpark on our arrival and departure days too. There are also several dining options throughout the resort, or you can always head out for a bite.

Three days went by so quickly, and of course, the kids were already asking when we could come back! Such a fun little getaway with family and friends, and I love that we didn’t have to travel far from NYC to enjoy it!

One of the activities that I did for Ocean’s 4th birthday party was DIY Fluid Bear Painting! @mryumingwu did a test run at the office before the party and it came out real nice!

To tie in with the Super Mario Bros. theme, I chose red, green, yellow, white, blue and pink acrylic paint only. My kids really liked it. And all the kids loved it at the party too but it was def mad work 😅 We did a few rounds since there was about 40 kids! But it was nice that the kids got to take home a souvenir from the party that was unique to them to display. Check out some of the masterpieces my friends sent back! This morning I stopped by @yotoplay_us breakfast & play date for a first look at the next generation of Yoto’s screen-free audio products: Yoto Player, Yoto Mini and newest accessories. Love the new players!

How cute are the new Yoto Player 4th Gen and Yoto Mini 4th Gen? Cute skins to choose from too!

Cassie Bowman, Yoto’s Vice President of Product and Jake Harris (Yoto Daily podcast) were on deck telling us about the new products.

The Green Button is a new physical feature introduced on the 4th Generation Yoto players. It allows children to play their favorite audio without needing a physical Yoto card.

Yoto Mini 4th Gen: left dial is for volume and right dial is to change tracks. And you the green button explained earlier.

My kids will love the Sesame Street card!

We went back to Dutch Wonderland this summer and of course they had the best time! It’s such a fun amusement park for younger kids because there’s so much they can actually do. There are 30+ family-friendly rides, plus shows and water attractions, so we always end up spending the whole day here.

One thing I really love is that the boys are at the age where they can go on so many of the rides by themselves. There are also entertaining shows throughout the day, so it’s nice to take a little break from running from ride to ride. This time we had lunch at Potato Patch and the Chicken Tenders & Fresh Cut Fries were so juicy and yummy—perfect for the kids! And obviously we needed slushies because it was HOT. We got the refillable cups and took full advantage of those $2 refills throughout the day.

We also spent a LONG time cooling off at Duke’s Lagoon. The kids did not want to leave! Another fun summer day at Dutch Wonderland in the books! If you have younger kids, this is definitely one of those parks where there’s enough to keep them busy all day without feeling like they’re too small for everything. The kids have been asking to go back to Cherry Crest Adventure Farm to hold the baby chicks and play, so we finally made another trip out there! This was our second visit and it’s seriously one of our favorite farms—we could easily spend the entire day here.

There are 70+ farm activities, so there’s so much for the kids to do. Between the giant slides, jumping areas, pedal carts, wagon rides, duck races, play areas and more, they basically just run from one thing to the next. They also loved getting up close with all the farm animals and feeding them—definitely one of their favorite parts of the day!

And you definitely can’t come here without checking out the Amazing Maize Maze! 🌽 The 5-acre corn maze has almost 2.5 miles of paths, and there are different ways to tackle it depending on how adventurous you’re feeling.

But I think the boys found their new favorites this trip—the Apple Blasters and Paintball Range. 🍎🎯 They went OFF and had way too much fun trying to hit all the targets lol.

There’s honestly something here for everyone, from little kids to adults, plus plenty of food and treats throughout the farm. Went to Autumn Glow Festival in New Rochelle with the fam and friends, and it was such a beautiful night! The kids loved walking around and seeing all the glowing lanterns, and I loved all the details and stories behind them. 🏮✨

There are hundreds of handcrafted lanterns throughout the outdoor experience, inspired by Chinese culture, ancient folklore, nature, and different themes. Some of the displays are HUGE, and there’s so much to see as you walk through.

I definitely recommend going after sunset because that’s when everything really comes to life! The whole experience takes about an hour, but you can take your time there. There are also plenty of cute photo moments along the way, plus food and drinks from local vendors when everyone needs a snack break.

Such a fun way to get into the fall vibes while also celebrating and introducing the kids to a little more Chinese culture along the way.
