The Reality of Home Gym Content

New video up on YouTube.

The ole Office Gym hasn’t got much coverage lately.

I was working out during lunch.

But now I’ve moved things back to an earlier time slot just to ensure consistency.

I’m not a huge fan.

But it’s the best way to stay committed at this point.

Might even bring the @beyondpowerofficial Voltra back to the garage for my heavy pull downs and low row.

And this @gmwd preacher curl machine is a great option for functionality AND price. #homegym #garagegym #gmwd #beyondpowervoltra #armday by @minimalstrength

Taking the @atxfitness multi-press for a different ride on a pull day.

Trying this tow variation after I got a lot of comments on my latest YouTube video. Surprisingly this feels great for a low to high row variation. With peak contraction receiving the highest felt load due to the angle of force.

Nice. Squeezage.

Cleaning Day turned into Moving Day

I recently sold my power rack and now it’s the first time in maybe 17 years that I haven’t owned a power rack.

Kinda odd.

But will it stay this way?

I recently acquired the @atxfitness Compact Belt Squat and Lever Arm Multi-Press.

Slowly but surely building out my micro commercial gym in the garage and ATX just meets the mark so well on quality, application, and footprint.

And I don’t even have an affiliate link guys.

It’s just good stuff.

Compact Belt Squat video coming out on the YouTube channel Monday!

It’s not all brands or companies.

And it’s definitely not all reviewers.

I just think some of these companies are using people for free advertising rather than legitimate reviews.

It’s finally here.

I’ve been eyeballing this thing for a really long time.

The @atxfitness Standing Chest Press Machine brings a new standard of quality and commercial application to the home gym world.

This is not a paid ad.

They did not send this to me.

When they announced they could sell in the U.S. market I pounced.

And for clarity this is not a review.

These are my initial impressions of my new toy.
