🚨 Burning Sage is used in many ways here are a few examples:
*Used to cleanse your personal space or environment of negative energy
*Helps to generate wisdom & clarity
*Promotes inner healing

To begin, you will need an incense tray or a bowl to catch the ashes as the sage burns. You could also purchase a sage burner and fill it with earth or sand

*****Don't use a flammable container, and keep water on hand*****

• Open a window or door before you start burning the sage. This allows the smoke and negative energy to exit.

• Put your sage in the burning container of your choice and light it. Let it burn for several seconds and then blow it out so that it keeps smoking. If it stops emitting smoke, try lighting it again

• If you are using the sage for spiritual purposes, set an intention for what you are doing

• Walk to each room you wish to purify and let the smoke enter it. Do not allow any space to fill with too much smoke. Avoid inhaling the smoke directly. by @minkmobbessentials

Palo Santo also known as "Holy wood" it is used as an analgesic, aphrodisiac, diuretic, expectorant and insecticide also has anti-inflammatory effects.
The wood is burned as an incense. As it burns, it releases aromatic smoke into the air. Enjoy the calming aroma, meditate, manifest your intentions and goals.
To burn palo santo wood sticks:
• Light a palo santo stick with a candle, lighter, or match.
• Hold the stick downward at a 45-degree angle.
• Let the stick burn for 30 seconds.
• Blow out the flame. Place the stick in a heatproof dish to let it burn.
*Never leave burning incense unattended*

A hot cup of palo santo tea will support your immune and nervous system helping your body recover faster from illness. A natural digestion aid & it will also go a long way to restoring your spirit when things get you down.

Brewing Instructions:
• Take a stick of palo santo and shave off thin, little bits of wood.
• Place one teaspoon of shavings into 1-2 cups of hot water.
• Depending on how strong you like it, leave the tea steeping for 10 minutes or more. For a stronger flavor add more shavings.
• Pour through a strainer (or brew it in a tea infuser).
