🚨 URGENT 🚨 We got a call from Palmdale shelter this morning…. 🥺

Vivi and Violet actually have 2 more siblings and they desperately need our help to make it out alive.

We weren’t told there were more until they called today 😔

SHORT TERM FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED!! 🩷

Kiki is the sweetest girl!! In fact, her foster said she is the chillest Pittie he’s ever seen!!

She has the absolute best zoomies!!

She loves a bed, a bean bag, a couch! She loves love and to give allllll the kisses!

She does great with other dogs! Crate trained! Easy on a leash!

And absolutely loves kids!!! 😍

The baby corso puppies finally got their freedom and much needed relief from the scary shelter today!! 🥺

Jasmine and Summer are decompressing with their amazing foster-to-adopt families!!

Willow is definitely the runt of the 3 and is getting some extra TLC from our incredible foster coordinator before we consider placement for her 🩷 @sitter.set.go

Our beautiful Nico was rescued today by @minniesmutts after waiting over two months!!!❤️please honor your pledges Venmo: minniesmutts ❤️

I am so grateful, from the moment I met Nico he reminded me a lot of a dog we lost a couple months ago. I fought hard to make sure in honor of that dog, Nico made it out and I was so worried he wouldn’t for a while 🥹Everything finally came together today.

Thank you to his amazing foster who reached out to me after seeing my video and immediately wanted to save Nico’s life @victorballad

And thank you to Martha for offering to short term foster nico until he could take him ❤️

Thank you so much to @carsondogsbyluana for busting him out of the shelter today and transporting him!!

And finally again thank you so much to @minniesmutts and @sitter.set.go for saying yes and always answering me so quickly when I bother her about dogs 🙈Nico is adoptable through them!! Follow them to keep up with his journey until he finds his forever home.

NICO is SAFE thanks to @minniesmutts 💚

Nico was the first dog I worked with as a shelter volunteer, so he will always have a special place in my heart + I am honored to be the person to bust him out of the shelter. Dumped because his owners were “too busy,” he spent over two months in our shelter waiting for someone to pick him. He has been so patient and despite the circumstances, he is still a happy, goofy puppy. I can’t wait to see him thrive in his wonderful foster home!!

Mariana *A5788655, now named Lili Rose 🌹 was found as a stray and had been at the Baldwin park shelter since July. Kim saw her marked face and knew she needed to help her! She was able to take her home through their shelter foster program but that is only for 30 days! Kim’s deadline was October 3rd and she needed to find a rescue to keep her out of the shelter! Thankfully @alex.forthedogs reached out and asked if @minniesmutts could help! And we said yes!
Lili Rose is healing very nicely and loving her foster home!
Lili Rose is a 1.5yr old, 46lb Catahoula
Her foster mom described her as,
Being timid at first but once You have her trust, she’s a lover a sweetheart! She’s great on a leash! Potty trained 🥳 she’s not crate trained but she doesn’t need to be because she’s a good girl!

We couldn’t leave Vivi behind! 🥺 #a5802312 Freedom from that scary shelter!

Vivi is so sweet! She’s just a 7-month-old Whippet/Grey Hound mix! And only 35lbs currently!

Vivi is more timid that her sister, Violet! She is just now learning the world around her like walking on a leash, or what safety and love looks and feels like! 🩷

She is incredibly smart and needs a family who will continue to teach her and show her! She is great with other dogs! by @minniesmutts

***Adopted!!!!! 😍 Somebody went and saw her after we were there and signed for her! She was spayed and picked up today!! The Best News! ❤️❤️❤️

I had to go visit Sweetie Bear #A5799328 at Palmdale today. 🥺

Sweet Bear is living on borrowed time 😔

When they brought Sweetie Bear out to the play yard, she cruised around sniffing and found some treats left behind!

She was slow to warm up to me at first, but it didn’t take long for her to want pets, love, and gave me those eyes 🥺 She lives up to her name! She is incredibly sweet and just wants a family of her own!

We would love to save Sweetie Bear, but need a foster to do so.

🌟🐾A letter from Ruby 🐾🌟

Once upon a time, I was a shy girl who didn’t quite know how to be a dog. I had spent my whole life outside, and when I arrived at the shelter, my uncertainty was sometimes mistaken for not being friendly. But underneath that nervousness was a total love bug just waiting to be discovered.❤️

I was once adopted from the Santa Clarita Valley Animal Care Center literally on the day I was scheduled to be euthanized, only to find myself returned to the Palmdale Animal Care Center weeks later. Once again, my life was in danger - until my fairy godmothers at Minnie’s Mutts swooped in and saved me at the very last minute.🥹💓

And look at me now!🌟 They helped me become the very best version of myself. I’m crate trained, leash trained, I know my basic obedience, and I absolutely adore my people. I’m loyal, loving, and happiest with medium-to-large dogs- especially the boys! 🥰 I do best with kids 10 and older.

Now I’m dressed up as Minnie herself because I want everyone to remember that when you wish upon a star, dreams really can come true.🌟

All I need now is my glass slipper- a forever home or loving long-term foster where my happily ever after can finally begin.👑🐶❤️
