A huge thank you to everyone who joined us this morning for run club🏃🏼‍♀️🫶🏻

The sun stuck around for our Whitesands loop and plenty of smiling faces (even up the dreaded cathedral steps!!🥵😂)

Alright folks!

Just to let you all know we’ll be closed on Monday 7th & Tuesday 8th September to have our coffee machines serviced and to do a little maintainence after an absolute belter of a summer!!!

Thanks everyone who has helped make it such a great one!

Another sunny Sunday!!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on the weekend for a beautiful run in the sun followed by coffee and sweet treats from the best @minnowstdavids ☕️

It’s been a while since we’ve ran the Caerfai loop but Milo and @theadora.noble were on hand to point everyone in the right direction🐾

Whether you’re a seasoned runner looking for community or you’re debating lacing up your running shoes for the first time, this run club isn’t about paces and PBs it’s about connection🏃🏼‍♀️🫶🏻

***CHANGE OF HOURS***

Wow, it’s been a bit crazy lately (which is great!) however, in the interested in not overstretching our little team, we’ve taken the decision to close MINNOW on Mondays.
We’re sorry if this causes any disappointment to anyone! @porthclaiskiosk will be open as normal to scratch that caffeine itch!
