At MiNT, we love designing and creating the perfect spaces for our clients. Because we know that when the details are right, a space becomes more than a structure — it becomes a place to live, to grow, to create, and to build a future.

Thank you to our clients, partners, and community for trusting us with your dreams. Your vision fuels our passion, and we’re honored to help bring those visions to life.

Here’s to 2026 — a year of new ideas, new builds, and new possibilities.

Classic materials create timeless character.

Brick is one of the most enduring classic materials, offering a rich blend of texture, structural strength, and historical character that few other mediums can replicate. It grounds a space with a sense of permanence and warmth.

Pink represents strength, hope, and resilience, qualities embodied by the millions of people whose lives have been touched by breast cancer.
We honor the fighters, survivors, caregivers, advocates, and loved ones who continue to inspire us with their courage every day.

One of the things that sets MiNT apart is our ability to take a project from concept to completion through our integrated design-build approach.

That model has not only fueled MiNT’s growth and earned us recognition among Utah’s Top 20 General Builders by revenue, but it has also allowed our clients to grow alongside us.

Lofts on 6th in Heber is a great example. We’re grateful to be working with another repeat client who has trusted our team once again to bring their vision to life. Seeing both our company and our clients continue to grow together is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

A beautiful space isn’t just about how it looks, it’s about how it makes you feel. We love the details that create comfort, connection, and calm.

Designed by MiNT Architecture, this new industrial-inspired multi-family community in Midvale was thoughtfully created to address the growing need for both high-quality and affordable housing. A key feature of the development is its proximity to the transit corridor, providing convenient access for commuters and strengthening connectivity to surrounding employment centers and amenities.

A first impression is everything.

The lobby sets the tone for the entire patient experience, and this space was built to make that first impression count. From the custom millwork and warm finishes to the clean, modern detailing, every element was thoughtfully executed to create an environment that feels both professional and welcoming.
