本日、5月20日は World Bee Day。みつばちが、ふたたび羽ばたく準備を整えました。お待ちいただいているお客様へ、順に大切にお届けしてまいります。また、引き続きオーダーも承っております。小さなみつばちが、それぞれの場所へ幸せを運んでくれますように。Today, May 20, is World Bee Day.Our bee is ready to take flight once again.We will begin delivering each piece, one by one, to the clients who have been patiently waiting.Orders will continue to be accepted.May these little bees bring happiness to each place they go. by @mioharutaka

みつばちは、小さな生きものでありながら、この世界を支える大切な役割を担っているとも言われています。もしみつばちがいなくなれば、多くの生命の循環が損なわれてしまう。そんなふうに語られるほど、かけがえのない存在です。MIO HARUTAKAでは、@diamonds_for_peace を通じて、ダイヤモンド採掘に携わる方々の生活支援の一環として、寄付金をみつばちの巣箱づくりにも充ててきました。Though small in size, bees are often said to hold a vital role in sustaining the world around us.So essential are they that their disappearance is said to threaten the cycle of life itself.Through Diamonds for Peace, MIO HARUTAKA has also contributed donations toward the building of beehives, as part of supporting the livelihoods of those involved in diamond mining.That beloved bee, cherished since the early days of the brand,will soon take flight once again. by @mioharutaka

MIO HARUTAKAの「みつばち」は、長く愛されている存在です。今、1年以上お待ちいただいているお客様がいらっしゃいます。長くその仕事を支えてくれていた職人がいなくなり、現在は新たな職人と試作を重ねながら、再生への道を探っています。オニキスやタイガーアイはやわらかく繊細な石で、なめらかなカーブを描き、細い部分まで均整のとれた幅で仕上げるには、高度な技術を要するためです。5月20日のWorld Bee Dayまでに、あのみつばちがもう一度羽ばたくように生まれ戻ってきてくれたら。そんな願いを込めて、制作を続けています。MIO HARUTAKA’s Bee has long held a special place in many hearts. Even now, some clients have been waiting for more than a year.The artisan who had supported this work for many years is no longer able to continue, and today, together with a new artisan, we are moving through trial and error in search of its return. Onyx and tiger’s eye are soft, delicate stones, and shaping them into graceful curves and fine, even lines calls for exceptional craftsmanship.By World Bee Day on May 20, we hope to see that bee come back to life and find its wings once more. With that wish, we continue the work. by @mioharutaka
