Fiercely feminine 💪🏼✨

@missbikinius day 10 challenge is to post a workout pic, but I decided to post a video instead. The gym helps keep me grounded and photo-ready, but it’s become so much more than that. It helped me find myself again. It gave me the confidence and courage to be unapologetically myself—to stop being afraid of embarrassment and to care less about what other people think of me. It has easily become one of the best parts of my day.

As a nurse, creating healthy habits is so important to me. My work reminds me every day just how valuable our health is, and I’m so grateful for the way fitness has taught me to prioritize mine. 🤍

For today’s challenge, I decided to share a photo of me and my sister queens from the night I was crowned Miss Bikini Model 2025🥹 These were the women by my side as I was crowned, and this is a memory I will always cherish.

Dawn has created something so special—a community run by women that empowers women to support, uplift, and celebrate one another.
