Whether you ran, walked, brought your amigas, or came for the pan dulce (we see you πŸ˜‚πŸ₯), THANK YOU for being part of this community. The journey to becoming a therapist was not an easy one but Saturday was the whole point. I have so many feelings! Let’s make healing happen πŸ™ŒπŸΌβœ¨ Saturday with @miradela & @amigas4everever was a dream ✨it was so lovely to host the bracelet and keychain making but honestly it was so much more than that! It encouraged people to get creative, slow down, interact with one another, start over if things didn’t come out the way they wanted or accept their creation for what it was. A lot was processed. Hugs were given, tears were shed, laughs were loud! I couldn’t have asked for a beautiful day.
