ONE MILE without stopping !

This was such a mind altering experience for me, it was the perfect example of “do it tired, sad, happy… whatever you’re feeling”. I didn’t want to come out for this run but the moment I started I didn’t want to stop. In the moment I had no idea what i was trying to prove to myself, but now I understand i wanted to prove I can do anything big or small no matter how hard it might be.

Some might think “whopptydoo” AND IT IS A BIG WOOPTYDOO because i did that and no one can take that from me 🤍
