Helloooo TCG fans & collectors! Have you heard of Cards Dojo in Melawati Mall? Mira pergi semalam & I had an amazing time there, the staff were super super helpful, siap ajar macam mana nak main TCG kalau baru nak start. FOC pulak tu! 1 October 2026 - marks my 5th year as a counsellor at IIUM 🩵

Alhamdulillah I was (and still am) given the opportunity to explore what I love sampai la ter-discover my interest in sexuality (in counselling ye), something I never thought I would venture into! But here I am! Hehe. Dekat sini jgk la mira byk discover new cases, meet different types of people and clients. Sebagai org luar (bukan alumni UIA), byk sgt benda yg mira belajar sepanjang kerja dekat sini, especially things related to Islamic values. Alhamdulillah I’m surrounded by good people & positive circle🩷

Dah 5 tahun kat sini, so I think for the following years I need to level up my skills & expertise, especially dalam niche sexuality ni. Doakan mira! And mira doakan juga kepada yg baca ni utk diberikan pekerjaan yg dpt bagi life satisfaction to you🤲🏻 taken in IIUM Gombak by @mirahaz

Kalau kita ada negative belief & perception dekat diri sendiri, dia akan buat kita susah utk terima bila org bg kata kata yg baik dekat diri kita sebab dia bercanggah dgn apa yg kita nampak dkt diri kita. Of course, kita taknak mengharapkan validation dr org lain, tp bila kita sayang diri sendiri, kita akan lebih appreciate bila org bg pujian or kata kata yg baik🩷 by @mirahaz

Hello, dear hobby. It’s been a while 🥹

Now, I get to share my love for you with my dear daughter. She loves it just as much as I do. I still love you, it’s just that life hasn’t really given me the time to spend with you as much as I used to.

But this morning, I managed to find that spark again - with the same space, the same environment, and all the little things that reminded me of our past. 🩷

My book & I 📕 I used to buy & read self-help books, siapa sangka, diri sendiri pulak menulis utk org lain baca.

Mungkin Kita Masih Punya Trauma:
Throughout my journey as a counsellor, mmg byk kes kes klien yg berkisarkan ttg intergenerational trauma ni, jd mira cuba terjemahkan dalam bentuk story telling dalam setiap chapter buku ni. Mira cuba bawa pembaca utk slow slow faham dulu apa tu definisi trauma yg diwarisi sampailah ke arah what’s next for healing. & I also included self help worksheet at the end of each chapter🩷

Sebab buku ni my first baby, I believe mesti ada kekurangannya and there are so much more for me to improve on dalam penulisan in general & cara nak sampaikan mesej dgn berkesan. I’m so thankful to team @ini.tentangkitaa dlm penghasilan buku ni, especially to my editor & team marketing yg sgt power😭 & terima kasih juga jadi the first publisher for my book🩷 tak lupa juga terima kasih kepada yg percaya & beli, baca buku ni. Semoga bermanfaat💕 by @mirahaz

Last time we came to Cameron was masa Nowe dalam perut, bila dah keluar perut, dia takmo jalan dgn mama papa dia pun🙄 but more time for mama & papa😌

My family🩷 I love eating out with my family sebab waktu tu la masa utk duduk sekali & spend time together & kdgkdg tu ayah buat benda random pastu jadi topic sembang kat meja 😆

Nowe & her uncles. Dah macam ada bodyguard. Reasons kenapa dia takmo jalan dgn mama papa dia😑

Mira start advocate on mental health dari zaman belajar around 10 years ago (since 2016 I guess). Byk sgt experience yg mira dah lalui & I am so proud of myself for doing this!!

So here is a recap of my recent 5 years yg mira rasa big achievements (for me personally)🥹

Byk sgt experience yg mira dpt dari ML studios. Bukan setakat tambah my own knowledge on psychology & counselling bila nak create content tu, tp jugak belajar utk hadap dgn kecaman 😆 so sekarang mira dah lebih kalis kecaman dan belajar utk berhati hati dlm buat content tu. 🩷

One of my proudest moment! My first ever appearance on live tv show, masa ni dengan Malaysia Hari Ini on TV3. Tak pernah sangka boleh dijemput utk buat sharing on psychology-related topic dekat siaran TV. Alhamdulillah for this experience. 🤲🏻Tp scary sebenarnya bila live kat tv show ni huhu

Started to get invitation from radio stations pulak. Bermula dengan Zayan FM, dah 2 kali ke konti Zayan & also buat recording with them. Then featured in Era FM beberapa kali jugak, including this year. Also pernah menjejakkan kaki for live session di konti/studio Bernama radio. Best live dgn radio ni sbb tak se-scary mcm live tv show, very santai especially kalau dapat DJ yg leklek and cool mcm FBI & Anas Tahir. 🥳

Cuma radio stations ni dia akan invite last minute so byk jugak yg mira kena tolak. So far tu je downside dia but totally understandable sbb tu mmg nature diorg. Hehe overall I love doing live session on radio!💕

First time being interviewed by news reporter untuk artikel dalam Harian Metro. And I’m so happy because it’s related to my area of interest - sexuality, mainly porn addiction! 🤩 love the experience tp kelakar sikit kena berlakon utk gambar ni hahah

Featured on another tv show on RTM, tapi yg recorded version pulak. Yg ni best sbb boleh re-take byk kali kalau tak puas hati. Cuma kena berlakon sikit hehehe

Live tv show again, for Selamat Pagi Malaysia. Dah makin pro sikit cakap depan live TV hehehe.

One of the many podcasts I’ve been invited to. But this one deserves a highlight sebab it’s one of the best! Suka sgt the flow & nature of the podcast, rasa santai sgt walaupun sembang pasal heavy topics relat by @mirahaz
