AD | Working from home without an actual home office?

If you’ve been following my home journey, you’ll know I’m still slowly turning my house into a home, and a dedicated office space is still on the to-do list!

That’s where the @logitech Casa Pop-Up Desk comes in! It’s been such a handy addition to my WFH routine. I love being able to create a little workspace wherever I fancy, whether that’s the living room, dining table or even when I’m travelling.
And the best part? Everything folds away neatly when the working day is done, so I can have my space back.

A little upgrade that’s making my 9-5 that bit easier!

Available to shop on @amazon visit my storefront. Link in my bio 🔗

Welcome back to my Turning My House Into a Home series. 🤎

This is one of the very first projects I completed a few months ago, and it’s still one of my favourite features in the house.

When I first moved in, this was just a plain white wall, but I knew it had so much potential. I wanted to create an entryway that felt warm and welcoming from the moment you walked through the front door, while still keeping it practical for everyday life.

A few months on, I thought it’d be nice to revisit this space, share the vision behind it, and let you know how it’s been living with it day to day. Safe to say, I still wouldn’t change a thing.

What do you think of the transformation? 🤍

Head over to @woodupp_com for the exact panels I used and CREATE accessories ✨ I’ve also linked everything - head to my bio 🙌

Turning my house into a home 🏡

A little bedroom update! I spent ages looking for bedside lights, but wiring was a bit of an issue for us, so I wanted something that didn’t need any electrical work.

I came across these magnetic USB rechargeable pendant lights on @amazonuk and honestly, I love them. They’re dimmable, so easy to charge, and they’ve given me the cosy bedside lighting look I wanted without the wiring fuss.

Such a good find if you’re looking for easy bedroom lighting ideas, renter-friendly lighting, or a way to upgrade your space without electrical work ✨

another bedroom update in the “Turing my house into a home” series 🛋️

Part 1 of creating that luxury hotel curtain look 🤎

Starting with the sheer curtains… because I wanted that soft, light and airy feel without making the room feel too heavy.

This IKEA curtain hack is such a simple way to make your windows look more elevated, and the best part? You really don’t need to spend a fortune to get that luxury hotel feel.

Wait until you see Part 2 👀

Just over 51 years ago, women in the UK finally got legal protection against discrimination when applying for mortgages.

And now, just over a year ago, I became the first woman in my bloodline to buy a home completely by myself. 🥹🏡

Sometimes I sit and think about how much had to change for this moment to even be possible. Forever grateful for younger me who believed she could do it, even when it felt far away.
