Last January I graduated from @high_vibration_living ‘s 200hr yoga teacher training. I always knew I wanted to teach fitness in some capacity, which eventually led me to YTT. Little did I know- how much of a transformative experience it would be, bring quite literally the best group of people together, and become the best thing I’ve ever done for myself (and not just about teaching yoga lol).

CAMP’s yoga room is the place where my own practice has planted and grown into what it is now. Almost every time I stepped onto the mat I learned something I didn’t know I needed at the time — and a place where I learned how to meet myself exactly where I am. This past year has taught me compassion, surrender, trust in my own journey, and how to step more confidently into myself. Yoga is a never ending practice that I can’t imagine living without now. Teaching in this space feels like a full circle moment💌

I’m sooooso grateful for EVERYONE who has been in my corner and supported along my journey, and to be surrounded by such amazing and encouraging teachers. I can’t even put into words how excited I am to continue to teach, lead, and hold space for others 🥂 to @we.love.camp continuing to be my special place to play and work🏕️

If you made it through all that.. my first class will be this Monday at 6am!!! Come start off your week with me & I’ll see you there☺️🌅🧘🏼‍♀️ by @mirandacane
