Some people also report experiencing a deeper sense of connection to nature and the universe when listening to this frequency. Which was amazing because I did the massage barefoot in nature.

The combination of crystals. Sage. Nature and the frequency of the song is guaranteed to balance chakras and release all negativity!

Start the damn business. 😂

You might fail. You might have to start over. You might have to figure some shit out along the way.

But imagine letting fear stop you from finding out how successful you could’ve been.

POV: Your massage therapist says.. Let me stretch you real quick

The I folded him like a chair 😂 but not just for the fun .
You don’t have to be a fighter to benefit.

Tight from sitting, standing, driving or working all day? This stretch is for you too.

NJ Transit’s annual cookout was such a good time 🖤 I got to do chair massages, meet some new clients, and put Velvet Skin in a few new hands too. And of course Ayah was right there helping me make it all happen 😂💕 My little assistant was working!

Grateful for every conversation, every purchase, and every person who trusted me with their self-care. Mira The Manifester is outsideeee. ✨ by @mirathemanifester_

I stepped away from house calls, but yesterday reminded me that no matter what you accomplish, never forget where you started.

There is something special about bringing peace, relief, and real self care right to someone’s home.

So yes… house calls massages are back for a limited comeback sale ♥️

If your body has been asking for rest this is your sign.

Baby… go Google yourself. 😂

We spend so much time focused on what we don’t have that we forget how the world already sees us.

Seeing this put the biggest smile on my face.

Now it’s your turn. Go Google yourself and come back and tell me what it says. 👀 by @mirathemanifester_

Ayahs Birthday Party was such a success. I just want to thank everyone who was able to make it!

She’s not having another party until she’s 16.

Okay… so maybe I took 10 minutes. 😂

The groceries still got bought.
Dinner still got cooked.
The world didn’t end.

Sometimes we think we have to keep pushing until everything is done before we can rest.

Nah.

Y’all… next week is a big one. 🤎

Velvet Skin is officially stepping outside!

I’ll be introducing the collection at the Holistic Health Festival, and I would love for y’all to come experience it in person. Smell the scents, try the products, ask questions, and spend the day supporting local businesses.

Plus, @drumarjohnson will be the keynote speaker, so it’s going to be an amazing event.

Save the date: Sunday, July 19 | 10 AM–6 PM.

I hope to see some familiar faces. 🫶🏽✨ by @mirathemanifester_

I was more nervous than her!

Her first competition & I couldn’t be more proud.

They got 2nd place but that’s damn good to me.
