‘The Only True Protest is Beauty’, an amazing exhibition at the Fondazione Dries Van Noten will ends it’s run at the stunning Palazzo Pisani Moretta in Venice Oct. 4th. The exhibit is described as an “exploration of beauty as a force of provocation” exploring “craftsmanship as a language of expression and a conduit for emotion”. Dries Van Noten and Geert Bruloot’s carefully curated installations blending fashion, jewelry, design, art, photography, glass, ceramics, and material experimentation, all set amongst the 15th century baroque interiors, are indeed an incredible affirmation of art’s capacity to generate “critical and poetic statements.”

Presenting SILENT SONGS 11-20, artworks created for the HOMO FABER exhibition on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore in Venice. Installed in the historic Cypress Cloister of the Fondazione Giorgio Cini, these pieces draw inspiration from cymatic patterns, translating the imagined sound waves of the bells of San Giorgio’s basilica into a physical reality. So honored to be included alongside this group of talented international artists.

Honored to be included alongside a group of international artists for the TWENTY SILENT SONGS installation at the HOMO FABER exhibition on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore in Venice. Installed in the historic Cypress Cloister of the Fondazione Giorgio Cini, the pieces draw inspiration from cymatic patterns, translating the imagined sound waves of the bells of San Giorgio’s basilica into a physical reality.

Presenting ‘SILENT SONG 18’, an églomisé glass painting inspired by circular sound wave patterns, opening tomorrow at Homo Faber - An Island of Light, in the historic grounds and buildings of Fondazione Giorgio Cini on San Giorgio Maggiore island in Venice.

Inspired by the archipelago of the Venetian lagoon, artistic director, Es Devlin, has created a narrative that unites the work of hundreds of individual artists from across the world. Thrilled to be a part of this extraordinary exhibition.

Honored to create an églomisé piece for Homo Faber 2026: An Island of Light, taking place this September at the Fondazione Giorgio Cini, on San Giorgio Maggiore island, Venice. It is a privilege to be included among the work of so many remarkable makers from around the world, in an exhibition celebrating craft, materials, light, and the human hand.

My gratitude to Homo Faber, the Michelangelo Foundation and artistic director Es Devlin for creating this beautiful gathering of makers.
