Today is a year from this day, a day that I will never forget.

I have painted for it feels like a lifetime now, always different things and always feeling drawn to humans and how my style is.

Not too long ago I came across this new idea on TikTok about illustrating guests at weddings, and my first thought was that these people were honestly the bravest for doing that, I never imagined myself drawing in front of people. It’s funny to say that in this post now.

Everything started with a decision and a silly post in a Facebook wedding group, 3 Doritos later im here, booked 4 events already for this year and on the talks for next year.

I could not be more grateful.

Ps - I’ll be writing all my captions with my own bilingual brain, no Ai here.

First big snow in Charlotte in 10 years I’ve heard, but you can always fact check me 😅

Can’t wait to see what February has ready for us. 💙 taken in Charlotte, North Carolina by @miriamgbp

June 26th was the day we legally said yes to each other, the day we decided to spend our lives together. That day, we held each other’s hands and hearts while sharing the sweetest vows and making the strongest promises.

I’ll remember that day forever 🩷🥺
