We used to talk on the phone for hours every day, and now we can barely find a few minutes to catch up. Anyone else in the same boat? by @mirnayunen

My sister Ydalia has been my best friend since the day I was born. 💗

For this episode of Inside Out Loud, we’re talking about the things we usually only discuss in private, and even a few things we’ve only ever thought about.

I ask the questions, we both give out opinions, and nothing is really off the table.

Our new episode is officially out! Watch it now on YouTube. Link in bio. by @mirnayunen

Ydalia has always been the self-proclaimed math whiz, but I don’t know about that anymore. What do you guys think?

Tomorrow we’re debuting a new format, Inside Out Loud. Not an interview, just a conversation about the things we usually only think about, but this time we’re saying them out loud.

Tune in tomorrow at 9 am! by @mirnayunen

I came across this quote the other day and it really hit home, because it’s exactly what Inside Out is all about. I truly believe everything begins on the inside, with the inner work and how you feel about yourself.

When we don’t feel good in our own skin, it’s easy to keep reaching for something external to fix it. It might help for a while, but it can’t give us what we haven’t built within ourselves first.

When I started dreaming up At the Vanity, Lindsay Brooke was my dream makeup artist to do it with. 💄🪞 We actually went to high school together, and I’ve always admired her work. Her attention to detail, her technique, the way she blends and layers makeup. She is truly one of the best.

I can’t wait for everyone to learn from her while enjoying sushi, sake, and a beautiful evening at Yamashiro Miami. 🍣🍶🩷

Tickets go on sale tomorrow morning. 🎟️ If you’re on the mailing list, keep an eye on your inbox for your early access link. Only 20 spots available. 💌 by @mirnayunen

Russell Galbut is the co-founder of Crescent Heights, one of the country’s leading real estate development firms, and has spent decades building businesses across real estate and hospitality.

This was a very different conversation from anything I’ve had on the pod before, and one I really enjoyed. I loved hearing his perspective on money, building wealth, success, and what really matters after more than 50 years in business. I learned a lot, and I hope you do too!

The episode is now live! Watch at the link in bio. by @mirnayunen

My first Outside In event is happening and I’m SO excited.

A makeup class with my dream makeup artist, Lindsay Brooke Reyes @lindsaybrooke.mua , at Yamashiro @yamashiromiami , a restaurant I’m at all the time and love. You’ll learn to do your makeup from the best, then we hang out after with sushi, sake and prosecco.

Only 20 seats. We go ON SALE this Thursday but my list gets early access Wednesday, so DM me “VANITY” to get on it.

Beauty starts from within. The way we see ourselves in the mirror has so much more to do with how we feel about ourselves than what we actually look like.

Mirror work is something I love. Looking at yourself, speaking kindly to yourself, and reminding yourself that you love yourself.

The good news is that we can change the way we see ourselves. And we all deserve to look in the mirror and love the person looking back.

This idea is also part of the inspiration behind At the Vanity, my first Outside In experience. Because beauty is about so much more than what we see on the outside.

Share this with someone who could use the reminder. 🤎 by @mirnayunen
