Rest is not a reward for burning yourself out first.

If today is a "do nothing" day, let it be one without guilt.

Listen to your body. It's not giving up in you. It's asking you to listen. Don't wait before you get sick to rest.

I used to burn myself out until I get sick. But I kept getting sick every couple weeks. I finally learned to listen to my body and started spending at least one day a week to rest.

🍲🥞Are you someone who's been on gluten-free diet or trying to be?! But just loves food and tend to get gluten exposure from time to time?

I recently tried this new Estee Lauder Brightening skincealer 2W for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes.

I love how this product blends well without creases or sticky feeling. It highlights, conceals and hydrates, especially around the eye area. This gives me a fresh look despite being tired. Worth it!
