We’re sad to say that due to a personal emergency, we will not be able to play FL Rules tomorrow. You can still catch @elwoodbond and I play with @commonbond_fl today. Stay tuned, we will gig it very soon!

What happens when a Ska Boi becomes a Gym Boi?
1. He wears enough checkers to start a 2-Tone revolution at the gym
2. He air guitars, but also air-keyboards and air-trombones
3. He listens to upbeat songs that make it more fun
4. He moves his body and feels great about himself
