Happy Bookstore Romance Day! 💓
@thebookishshop had the cutest event with BOGO drinks and 20% off everything. I drank a banana pudding and bloody matcha, because two matchas are better than one. 🍵
I picked up Cupid Calling by @vianoniomoh! It's two bachelor's falling in love on a bachelorette type reality show. I'm so excited to give it a read! 🤭

Sometimes I forget about Dexter's size. Everyone said whoa when I pulled him out of the carrier for the photoshoot. 😂 I love this kitty so much. He meows on the clock for breakfast and dinner. He brings me tiny tributes such as flossers, pens, hair ties, etc. He hates being held, but has never tried to bite me. As you can see in the photo, he frowns and puts up with my hugs. 💖 When I started volunteering, I never imagined how much it would change my life. Fostering, caregiving, and adoption counseling have all been wonderful experiences. I still communicate with Dexter and Simon's previous foster mom too. 🐾

Also the cat who eats matches. 😭

Hubert is a foster kitten that I adopted. He is a barn kitten who didn't get a lot of socialization. He is the sweetest baby, but also super smart and mischievous!

He is FOOD MOTIVATED. This is playtime for him, so I am going to start working on new tricks. I think he has a real knack for it! I can't wait to see what else we learn together. ❤️ by @misakat
