Quick blurb- My aunt passed and we had her funeral today. There was no part of me that could get dressed, go to the gym or was even feeling this.

I felt sloppy, disjointed and completely lacking motivation. Not to mention the storm outside- I wasn’t going anywhere.

But as I sat there thinking of my Aunt, her strength, the beautiful life she built, I remembered that the life you want isn’t reached by a feeling- it is reached by doing. So I pulled out my limited home supplies and pushed through a quick 10minute lazy girl routine inspired by @justcoco

Showing up matters. Something is better than nothing. And movement isn’t created by just having a plan, it’s created by doing. This is me, starting where I am with what I have. Let’s see where it goes😊😉💚✨
