never did i think i would be making this post, especially so soon. i lost my dad and with him, a piece of my heart. he was my source of strength, guidance, and unconditional love, always showing up through both his words and his actions. whether i needed to rant, cry, or just talk, he would always pick up the phone and listen. he would travel hours to come visit me in arkansas planned or unplanned, surprise or not. he never hesitated to drop everything just to make sure i was okay. he was my protector, my guide, and my constant source of love and reassurance. he had a way of lighting up every room he walked into, truly the life of the party wherever he went. he was surrounded by so many friends and family because people were drawn to his warmth, laughter, and generous spirit. losing my father has left a pain in my heart that words can hardly capture, a space that can never truly be filled. all i ever wanted was to make him proud through my accomplishments, and i know he will be watching over me as i continue to pursue my goals and dreams. though he is no longer with us, his love, values, and spirit will live on forever through the memories we hold. i love you 3,000 Michael Alan Valdelamar 8/21/1980-1/22/2026 🪽💗 by @mischa5678
