A little September recap, a little look into life and some of the moments that don't make the cut all the time. This was a month that was over in a blink and one that dragged itself out in my head all the same. I did a lot more art this month than what is usual for me, and had the honor of a couple commissions coming my way. It's always a good feeling when someone likes my little art enough to pay me for it 🩷 or when I'm reminded I should really get on upping an actual inventory so I can attempt to sell my work some day. Cheers there to everyone who has supported me, it means the world. Here's to October, going to be a busy month, good and bad of everything. by @mischief.maari

Finally finished this creepy lil dude, love it. Also so so so tired this week, so I'm sleeping today instead of going to FanX 😭 I hope that the rest stops whatever my body is up to and I can enjoy con without feeling like I'm about to pass out tomorrow 😅 but we shall see Cheers and happy Thursday ♥️ #criticalrole #bolairelathalia #campaign4 #dndart by @mischief.maari

I absolutely could not put off drawing this guy any longer, and I think, after just about catching up with campaign 4, I can finally say that Wicander is one of, if not my favorite, character. (Me 🤝 characters with a complicated relationship with religion) Just absolutely love him. I hope he gets a break, but probably not. I'm here for it either way. Wicander Halovar belongs to @ramsiegel and @critical_role Please check out campaign 4 I need more people to yap with thank youuuu 🫶 #criticalrole #criticalrolecampaign4 #dndart #characterart #dnd by @mischief.maari

So so glad I was able to finish this piece just in time for Saturday of Galaxycon! Y'all, the hustle I was on 😭 I literally finished this on the plane and the hotel room that Friday morning and picked it up as a print that night to bring to the con as a little gift for the wonderfully talented @laurabaileyvo , so much love to her and @willingblam , and the entire crew for making such wonderful characters and telling such impactful stories. 💕 #criticalrole #mightynein #jesterlavorre #fjordstone by @mischief.maari

Another con weekend for the books! What an amazing time and what a wonderful group of people to get to meet 🩷 I was so glad I managed to finish each art piece I printed and brought with me to gift to this awesome and talented crew, @critical_role has really inspired me in more ways than I can name, and getting to give back a fraction of the endless joy and talent that they manage to provide is a treat in it of itself. Thank you so much to the wonderful artists and critters that I got to meet this weekend who said hi, shared trinkets, or beautiful art with me! I want to make a separate post so that I can show off some of the amazing fan art I was able to find at @galaxycondesmoines 💕 Thanks everyone for an amazing weekend! #criticalrolecampaign4 #criticalrole #comiccon by @mischief.maari

Glad I waited until I had actually reached the Schemers table to draw Azune, I had absolutely no ideas about this man until this point, but man. Maybe sad boi of the year, we'll see. (Love his eyes so much that's so fun) This may conclude my C4 portraits for the moment, I don't know if I have it in me to try for a whole set, but mayhaps Azune belongs to @luis.carazo and @critical_role #criticalrolecampaign4 #criticalrole #dndart #dnd by @mischief.maari

And drawing 3 out of the 6 I hope to get done by weeks end goes to Occtis! No Pin this time sadly, but I have no doubt I'll get to that cute lil guy sometime in the future 🫶 I genuinely don't know what I'm doing with my art style but half of what these portraits are for is to help me figure that out! Occtis belongs to @alexanderward777 and @critical_role Thank you so much for the support on my last portrait, I'm sorry for such a long break from art and posting, but I'm hoping that this is me getting back into it for a while! #criticalrolecampaign4 #criticalrole #occtistachonis #dndart by @mischief.maari

Happy Thursday everyone 🩷 Sharing the drawing that has been keeping me company lately as I work with my new software and try to catch up on campaign 4 of @critical_role Life has been rough honestly, and so so busy, so I'm sorry for not posting much, I hope this little drawing of everyone's favorite pink demon can make up for the absence.
