Reformer move of the day ✨
🎯FULLBODY
Spring 1 light or 1 medium

• sumo squat hold w/ SA shoulder press (stable feet pressing down and hips facing straight)
• sumo squat to raise w/ SA shoulder press (should feel inner thoughts squeezing towards each other)
• same combo put add a SA chest press as you twist to a front lunge
• hold front lunge and just SA chest press

One year of breastfeeding. 🤍

A bittersweet chapter comes to an end.

To my body: thank you. Thank you for feeding my baby, for showing up day after day, even when I was tired, uncomfortable, or ready to be done.

It wasn’t always easy. There were long nights, early mornings, sore days, and so many moments when I questioned how I was going to keep going.

But somehow, I did.

And as I finished my very last pump, I wanted to take a moment to recognize just how much my body did for her.

Tiring and demanding. But one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.

The On-the-Go Bundle has become one of those things I always pack. It’s a bottle cooler + warmer! And I love how I can even store pumped milk in the cooler! 🍼

And when we get home, my D8 bottle washer takes care of the bottles. 🫧 It deep cleans 8 bottles at once, including all the little pump parts and accessories that can be such a pain to hand wash!
