HUGE PB WEEKEND IN BRUSSELS 🇧🇪⚡️

More than half a second off my 400m PB and a little 200m PB the day after 🥹
29 degrees, no wind and the best energy all weekend at IFAM.

Watching my 400 girls smash PB’s too made this weekend even more special.
So proud. So grateful. So motivated for what’s next 🤍

Season finale couldn’t have ended any better!✨

A silver medal in the 4x400m and a bronze with the women’s team – I’m beyond happy and proud🤍

Grateful for such a fun day with the team and the perfect way to wrap up the season!

This weekend at nationals didn’t turn out how I imagined — but that’s sport, and that’s life🪐 I’m proud to keep showing up. Grateful for all the kind words, hugs and smiles🤍

One more race to go! Then: time to reset.
