Seit ihrem Musikmanagement-Studium hat Mirela umfassende Einblicke in verschiedene Bereiche der Musikbranche erhalten. Durch Praktika sammelte sie Erfahrungen in der Organisation und im Marketing von Festivals und kleineren Veranstaltungen und arbeitet aktuell als Content Managerin in der Live-Branche.

Misla kam über Umwege zum Artist Management. Mit der kanadischen Sängerin Rochelle Jordan konnte sie virale Erfolge feiern, daraufhin folgte die Zusammenarbeit mit Childish Gambino bei seinem zweiten Album „because the Internet“. Ihre Erfahrungen brachte Misla dann bei Guerilla Entertainment ein, wo sie u.a. Namika, DAT ADAM und Xatar betreute. Seit 2018 ist Misla als Artist Managerin wieder selbstständig und betreute bis 2024 Alli Neumann im Management, wo sie mit Fokus auf nachhaltigen Künstleraufbau den Weg für die Gründung von Allis eigenem Labels JAGA Recordings ebnete.

it’s my birthday and this time i gave myself the biggest gift yet, a year full of rest. since the beginning of this year i allowed myself to reflect, reset and recharge for the first time in 14 years. as much as i love what i do, by the end of last year i felt as close to a burn out i have ever gotten. i had a very intense feeling that i needed to make a big change and figure out what i really want at this point in my life.
so, in january i ended my working relationship with alli neumann. i’m very grateful for her understanding and i’m very proud of all that we have achieved together, but it was time for me to start a new chapter.
a lot of things are scary and i don’t have everything figured out, but i’m proud of myself for taking the leap.
i kept this very low-key, but i want to give thanks to all the people who have showered me with words of encouragement during this time ♥️✨ by @mislat

i made a playlist i‘ve been meaning to share but felt weird because i went a little overboard with the mix of genres. i was questioning if anybody wants to listen to sting and the clipse and bilderbuch and roxy music all in the same playlist.
anyway, it includes some of my all time favorite songs and when in doubt i try to remember that when making anything you just have to make sure you like the thing yourself first.

it‘s a bit melancholic, but i’m sure it will pick you right back up. during these weird times, while the world is really challenging us and it’s getting colder and colder outside, i hope these songs are providing some comfort. -> ‘warm songs for colder times’ playlist links in bio by @mislat

i just got back from a spontaneous trip to paris. i felt like i needed to get out of my regular groove, see something different and reset my brain. i get very anxious at times and felt like i needed a change of scenery.
there’s something healing about looking good, feeling good and smelling good in paris! i loved taking in the beauty of the town, seeing friends, eating gooood, roaming the city while listening to my fav music + some new-ish songs thanks to @madsear and all the places/taxis i shazamed music from. i made a playlist & the link is in my bio. enjoy, it’s one of my favs ever ✨

#2 this slightly rusty karateka is working on her speed, but should be focusing on form. i started filming my katas so i can compare myself to myself and the progress i make, rather than comparing myself to others. i’ve heard it makes the difference when it comes to keeping frustration low.

way before we played any shows, i would always talk with alli about how dope it would be to have a diverse audience. to not only cater to german students like i feel so much of contemporary german pop music does. to include everyone. but you just can’t force these things, so we hoped, prayed, waited.
at every single show i walk through the venue multiple times during the set, i scan the audience and i talk to them. i could have cried every single day during the last tour looking at all these different, beautiful faces. i don’t know how it happened or why, but @alli.alli.alli.alli’s shows are nothing but a celebration of all the different flavors humans come in. come celebrate with us on the upcoming tour in march/april ✨

bday is almost over and i ditched the annual birthday blues almost entirely this time. grateful i made it through another year, with so many amazing people by my side that i can rely on, far or near. i wish i could see them more! 2020 ✨ by @mislat

i hardly took any pictures last weekend so i am just going to use the ones from last summer (genius!). my insta is not chronological anyway and I post everything very delayed. sorry.
donald‘s show at the o2 london last sunday, was so inspiring to me, i have to share some thoughts. seeing my royalty fam (or half of it) is always great ♥️ but the show..phew, it was out of this world. it really was. it‘s so beautiful to see how very far they all have come since my time with them during the production of ‚because the internet‘. an unstoppable force that leaves you no option but to bend to their rules. that is the dream. i struggle a lot with people saying or (treating me) like i‘m over eager, or care too much about small details, but to me art is literally life. lives depend on it, careers and also the people. now i‘m super charged for the next months and nobody can tell me shit, because this level of execution is only possible when you follow your vision with full determination. there was so much stuff happening in the show that ‚cautious industry people’ would never ever allow. i see a lot of new people following me, especially young artists and all i can tell you is: work tirelessly and build a tight circle of likeminded people you trust around you that you can run things by. biggest mistake i see people do is, asking the wrong people for advice.

we shot a video for ‘Hohes Fieber’ - @alli.alli.alli.alli‘s first single and it’s one of the best things i’ve ever worked on. we made a website where you can download and share clips from the video (link in bio) - so if you liked watching, please do so! it may be hard to believe, but we had virtually no money for this. so many people pulled strings, worked for free and called in favors, only because they believe in Alli and want to see her win. on that note, thank you @miknarf - there are no words for your love, support & guidance ♥️ taken in Hamburg, Germany by @mislat

vor einem monat kam @wach.film raus - eines der aufregendsten dinge an denen ich jemals (irgendwie) beteiligt war. ich hab ein bisschen gebraucht um das alles erstmal einigermaßen zu verarbeiten und ein bisschen abstand tut bekanntlich ja auch gut, aber seit dem ich die kommentare gelesen habe, habe ich richtig bock mit euch darüber zu sprechen.
ich durfte damals @miknarf mit DAT ADAM & @kitthey verknüpfen und dann gibt es ja auch noch @alli.alli.alli.alli die nike im film spielt. fast zwei jahre lang am stück war dieser film also täglich thema für mich. als ich ihn dann das erste mal in voller länge sehen durfte, war ich unfassbar gerührt und glücklich zu gleich. kim hat für mich damit etwas ganz besonderes geschaffen. ein film der den struggle der jugend nicht nur darstellt, sondern ihn hinterfragt...in jegliche richtungen. ich war so positiv überrascht zu sehen wie fucking smart und reflektiert viele ihr feedback in den kommentarspalten niedergeschrieben haben. die gesprächskultur allgemein ist unter unserer jugend tausend mal gesünder als auf jeder spiegel online/zeit/süddeutsche seite überhaupt. da können sich einige wirklich eine scheibe abschneiden. wenn ihr den film gesehen habt, bitte lasst ein comment da, ob positib oder negativ. ich war schon immer ein internetkind das kaum möglichkeiten hatte sich mit anderen im eigenen umfeld über themen die mich beschäftigt haben auszutauschen, aber hier sind wir viele 💚 by @mislat
