To be a WOMAN. Hereā€™s to breaking the mold, to not following the guidelines of what society thinks I should be or what I should do. Hereā€™s to being strong, kind, caring, compassionate, nurturing hard working and so much more. Never let someone tell you who you should be. If I did, I wouldnā€™t be where I am today. Ladies remember to be whole heartedly yourself and never apologize for who you are. (Yes I know Iā€™m a day late) #internationalwomensday #bluecollarwomen #femalemechanic by @miss.97obs
not just a girl with a truck šŸ¤  one of my MANY hobbies lifeā€™s been BUSY, havenā€™t been out to work on my truck since October but Iā€™ve definitely been productive! Picked up leather tooling about a year ago and every so often would work on designs but never actually finished a piece or design until this past month. Remember folks thereā€™s always things going on behind the scenes of what you see on social media #leatherwork #leathercraft #leathertooling #leatherkeychain #leatherdesign by @miss.97obs
Isaiah 60:22 When the time is right, I, the lord will make it happen 2025 was the year my prayers were answered. This year was filled with so much life and love. . Not only was this year filled with traveling, skiing, golfing, tennis, hobbyā€™s but I got married , bought a house and became a mom (supriseee šŸ„³) After years of crying and praying, it all came together. Letā€™s see whatā€™s in store for 2026 . Remember be patient with Gods plan because when he provides he will PROVIDE šŸ™ŒšŸ» by @miss.97obs
Donā€™t compromise who you are for followers. Three years ago I was under 10k followers, all I posted was photos of my truck every so often. Now I post content of me working on my truck, motivation and scripture. Although you all see the 39.2k followers I currently have what you donā€™t see is that in the last few weeks Iā€™ve lost ALOT of followers. What changed? My content. I began posting more content that I wanted to share, more scripture/motivation. My account has grown so much in the past couple of years and so have I. My point is even if I continue to lose followers, I will not lose my self and message along the way. Social media ISNT about having the most followers if it means posting someone youā€™re not. Social media is about sharing your life and your story. Be yourself, post your story and your message. Donā€™t let a following amount change who you are or what you post. Thatā€™s just a little reminder to just keep it realšŸ’™ #builtnotbought #femalebuilt #beyourself #godisgood by @miss.97obs
Just turning some bad luck into something good šŸ¤  For those of you who donā€™t know, my ā€œgood dealā€ on Facebook marketplace wasnā€™t very good after all. Once I got my engine up and running I found out I had two, in a nice way of saying, grenaded pistons. Even tho I didnā€™t want to rebuild my engine, here I am šŸ¤  #powerstroke #obs #ford #builtnotbought #enginerebuild #enginemachining #dieselpower #dieselmechanic #dieselengine by @miss.97obs
No sandblaster, no problem. While Iā€™m waiting on my engine block to come back from the machine shop I have worked on finishing the frame! I cleaned/sanded the frame by hand and painted it by hand. Itā€™s not perfect like if it was sandblasted and powder coated BUT I did it within my means and I sure as heck love the results ! A HUGE reminder to build your truck how you want it and doing it within your means!! You donā€™t need all the money in the world to build a nice truck! Itā€™s all in the details and the work put into the build. #femalebuilt #obs #ford #powerstroke #builtnotbought #garagebuilt #oldford by @miss.97obs
Johnny Cash wasnā€™t wrong about the ā€œone piece at a timeā€ part.. but he was wrong about it never costing me a dime.. #obsford #obs #ford #powerstroke #seventhree #7three #oldford #builtnotbought #femalebuilt #femalemechanic #bluecollarlife #onepieceatatime #powerstrokenation #seventhreepowerstroke #diesel #dieseltrucks #dieselpower #dieselperformance #xdp #xdpdiesel #iratediesel by @miss.97obs

blessed for the opportunities and friends. šŸ’™ iā€™ve learned many things from truck shows and social media but my biggest take away is that being kind is free and in the long run youā€™ll be blessed with great friendships. go live your life, make those memories, meet those friends but do it while being humble and kind. little photo dump from shows this year, new friends and old friends šŸ’™ #smokeymountaintruckfest #truckshow #femalebuilt #firstgen #dodge by @miss.97obs
Three years agoā€¦ If you wouldā€™ve asked me when i got this truck if iā€™d ever expect to be this invested into it, i wouldā€™ve said no. Fast forward three years and i had this truck down to the bare frame, pulled the engine twice and drove it to 9 different states. After the first sixth months with it, i decided i wanted more. I wanted to build it but i also wanted to learn. As of today i have done: -Teal powder coat in honor of ovarian cancer and another accent color šŸ˜‰ - @bankspower intercooler - @mishimoto radiator - Full Force Diesel Injectors -T4 Kit -Adrenaline HPop -Alliant IPR - @xdpdiesel Oilcooler -S365.5 Turbo - a few @cpaddict accessories -Irate diesel fuel pump -cnc oil lines - @inlinetube brake lines -Aftermarket IDM and more, a lot more... After three years of on and off driving and upgrading i was at the point where she was nearly ready to run for good and get back on the road, many long hours working to save for parts and long nights in the garage. Unfortunately halfway through year three with my truck iā€™ve been faced with some serious health concerns putting a hault on all progress. I can say this truck still isnā€™t finished but iā€™ve learned so many life lessons and gained so much knowledge because of this build. Words canā€™t express how grateful I am for the support iā€™ve had since iā€™ve started this build. Moral of this post is itā€™s been a hell of a three years and if you want to learn and build, do it. post the pictures. post the videos. you donā€™t think itā€™s insta/facebook worthy? it is. post it. you think youā€™re not pretty enough or your truck isnā€™t cool enough? it is. if youā€™re happy thatā€™s what matters. it doesnā€™t matter how many follows you have or likes you get. what matters is if youā€™re happy and youre genuine with who you are. too many people post to impress others. social media shouldnā€™t be about whose life looks the most perfect, it should just be about sharing what you love. also peep the new overalls šŸ¤ŒšŸ» been getting a little bit of stuff done here and there when i can #femalebuilt #femaleowned #femalemechanic #femaledriven #femalebuilder #bluecollarbabe #bluecollar #badasswomensupportbadasswomen #obs #obsford #ford #oldbody #oldbodystyle #oldtruck #liftedtrucks #liftedtruck #mechanic #bosslady #rosietheriveter #f350 #f250 #bluecollarbabe #femalehustler #womanintech #diesel #dieseltrucks #diesellife #dieselperformance #bluecollarlife #builtnotbought #bluecollarbabe by @miss.97obs
mid build, iā€™ll let yā€™all decide which one iā€™m referring to šŸ˜‚ BUILD UPDATE: waiting on time to drop off parts at powder coat, still waiting on more parts and time to actually get some things done šŸ˜… but this is what happens when you go out in the garage intending to record you wrenching but you also still have a decent pump šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ also speaking of lifting T minus 3 months to see if home girl can qualify for nationals šŸ˜‡ #femalebuilt #femaleowned #femalemechanic #femaledriven #femalebuilder #bluecollarbabe #bluecollar #badasswomensupportbadasswomen #obs #obsford #ford #oldbody #oldbodystyle #oldtruck #liftedtrucks #liftedtruck #mechanic #bosslady #rosietheriveter #f350 #f250 #bluecollarbabe #femalehustler #womanintech #diesel #dieseltrucks #diesellife #dieselperformance #bluecollarlife #builtnotbought #bluecollarbabe by @miss.97obs
