🩷 a blast from the Past! Here is my wall doll of Pin Up Queen, Bettie Page! I hand sculpted her from a lump of ceramic clay. She is hand painted and I added hundreds of Swarovski crystals on her outfit. It is one of a kind. I never made a mold or series of her, This piece was from the 2009 Bettie Page: Heaven Bound art show at the World Of Wonder gallery in Hollywood. It is being sold by Joey N Banjo on FB marketplace. That is where these photos are from. Thank you @bozairzear for letting me know! It's so nice to see her again! ❤️

🩷 Here is a Marilyn Mermaid I made long ago. I first sculpted her in clay, molded it in resin. Then I hand painted her with oils, acrylics and iridescent powders.
I then added hundreds of tiny Swarovski crystals as her jewelry and all over her outfit for lots of sparkle!
She was titled "Gentlemen Prefer Mermaids"
She was flat on the back and meant to hang on the wall. Happy Birthday Marilyn! 💋💋💋

Happy Fluffy Friday! ❤︎
It is hard to believe it has been a whole two decades!
THANK YOU for all the love through the years!
It is because of You that Fluff exists,
It was around this time 20 years ago that I decided to take a chance on the little ideas I had scribbled in my sketchbook.
Ultimately I imagined sharing my art on things that would make people happy and inspire squeals of delight!
Thank you SO MUCH for making Fluff possible.
I hope to continue fluffing for many years to come
and hope you have enjoyed all the art and things as much as I have enjoyed creating them for you.
Love,

P.S. Swipe to see photos from the very first Fluff booth at the CA Gift Show 20 years ago! There was a whole lot of marabou in the booth. The fire marshall came by and threatened to shut it down unless I agreed to have the feathers hosed down with fire retardant. So it was like a wet chicken!

The poodle was a handmade prop in paper mache and more marabou!

I started Fluff with glitter greeting cards that I would glitter by hand! ( there is a pic of the first 24 designs hanging in the booth) Who could have imagined it would have grown to accessories, apparel , a pet line and more being carried worldwide in over 3,000 shops! I will share more pics and more of my story in following posts soon. 💖🤗 by @miss.fluff

🖤 Two Glamorous Cats 🩷 in pink and black posing under a chandelier. Original drawing is available in my shop. 💋
For the cats I was inspired by the iconic Avon bubble bath bottles from the 1950s. I love those so much!
