Our next stop, of course, was Salem. These pictures are only from our first day there and this is only a few of them. We visited the garden of a haunted house where where a few scenes of Hocus Pocus was filmed, visited the Witch House, met many witches along the way and I got my very own wand! One of my favourites was @blackveiltattoo where you can find many a curiosity and admire their beautiful art and decor. It’s my 36th birthday today, and I’m happy to have spent the day playing Baldur’s Gate and enjoying a dinner date with my husband at Stormcrow Manor.

I know it’s been a minute since I’ve posted anything on social media, but there’s a reason for that: I’ve been spending less time on social media and more time living in the moment and I’ve been much happier for it. During this time, I’ve been enjoying married life, working at a job that I love, and I’ve been learning how to better accommodate for myself. Most importantly, I’ve been enjoying where I am in my life and I’m looking forward to seeing what my next trip around the sun will bring.

So here’s to my mid-30s. Let’s see what the late 30s have in store for me. Cheers! 🥂

WE GOT MARRIED!!!

🌹🌒🌕🌘🌹

Last week my handsome husband and I (quite literally) tied the knot. We had a small October wedding in Stanstead, Quebec, accompanied by our respective families and close friends. We exchanged our vows in the Wiccan tradition and bound our hands and hearts together in the ancient Celtic tradition of hand-fasting. My father-in-law was our officiant, my mother-in-law was in charge of the food, my brother-in-law was our photographer, my mother paid for my dress, and my sister baked the cake. I don’t think I could have asked for a more beautiful ceremony and I am so grateful for everyone involved in creating such a magical event.

I don’t know what book this man magically stepped out of, but I’m glad he did because he truly is the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I’m truly lucky to have him as the love of my life, my partner in crime, and my best friend.

I can’t wait to see what adventures await us in our future!

I probably should have posted this one ages ago, since it was taken in October on a weekend road trip to Brockville. We got engaged in July and meant to celebrate soon after, but life got in the way and finally, we were able to celebrate. It was the most relaxed I had felt in a long time. @williamjordaniii, the day I met you was the day my life changed for the better. I can’t believe it was seven years ago and in the past seven years, we’ve both changed so much and been through so much yet stayed so strong. Thank you for being my rock, thank you for encouraging me to be my best self, and thank you for the best seven years of my life. I can’t wait to marry you. I love you, my fair captain. Always. ❤️
