Today marks one year since Hucks autism diagnosis.🩵

One year ago, we were given a word that would become part of our story in ways we couldn’t have fully understood at the time. I just wish more than anything I could go back to that version of myself and hug her.

There were questions, emotions, unknowns, and so many things we were still learning to navigate. But looking back over this past year, one thing stands above everything else: we are SO proud of our boy, and we are so thankful to be Hucks parents.

Huck is tangible evidence of The Lords provision over our lives. Huck has taught us more about the love of Christ in a way I never could have imagined. Through him, God has softened our hearts, deepened our faith, and given us a purpose far beyond anything we were capable of daydreaming about when we dreamt of parenthood.
