Turns out, the hardest part wasn’t the exam. It was everything around it.

The hours of studying after work.
The endless practice. The corrections. The sore body.
Trying to be a mom, a wife, a business owner — and still finding the discipline to sit down and learn something from zero.

I’m officially a STOTT PILATES Certified — Level 1
Matwork • Reformer • Cadillac • Chair • Barrels.

And this one has a lot of names behind it.

IT: Ci Daisy @silviadaisy108 & Kak Michel @michelwenas
Mentors: Nuel @immanuelsetiawan & Rado @rado_physiopilates
Study buddy + body: Christine @itinnechristine — quite literally putting me through it with me. 😂
And my husband, kids & friends — for surviving the version of me who was constantly studying, practicing, or talking about Pilates.

No shortcuts. No overnight success.
Just a lot of work that nobody really saw.

Proud of this one. And definitely not done yet.

The room is beautiful when it’s empty.

But it’s your energy that brings it to life. ✨

Grateful for every mat, every movement, and every person who chooses Maja Reserva. 🤍

Some things don’t arrive loudly.
They grow in silence.

Built with care.
Guided by patience.
Held with trust.

4 sessions. One yacht. A whole lot of beautiful energy. 🌊✨

From the first stretch to the last sunset, sharing Pilates at sea with this incredible community was something special.

And just like that, we made waves. 🌊✨ by @miss.mxelle

Out at sea, where the day feels a little slower and the sunset a little sweeter
