Thank you for featuring me @progressingballettechnique 🤍

"PBT is such a valuable program and my students have gained so much knowledge and understanding in their weekly lessons. The importance of correct muscle engagement, body alignment, and most importantly safe dance practice whilst developing strength and endurance. Students have become more aware of how their body moves, correct posture, and the importance of muscle memory. PBT is fabulous for all levels of ballet training and sets a secure foundation and understanding of classical technique."
