I can go on and on about all of the lessons I learned this year but the biggest lesson of them all?

JUST FEEL GOOD, in THIS moment. That’s all ✨

Thanking myself for knowing when I need to stop, breathe, rest, recharge and set boundaries to keep myself in check, so I can be a better me for me and for the people I love.

Ready for another year of whatever the Universe has planned, and excited for it more than ever ✨

Six months away from ‘home’ looks a little something like this 🤩

Spent the last 6 months based in Medellín traveling through LATAM, connecting with my artists and the good people I work with, making new friends,
kicking a$$ in muay thai, and getting closer to making my dreams come true.

making the most out of my last two weeks in Medellin - meeting and connecting with new people and learning about the culture has been the most amazing experience.

I promised myself I would make the time to get to know the city while being here and in the process I learned a whole lot more about myself 😇

It’s true what they say - ‘if you haven’t visited Comuna 13 in Medellin, you haven’t visited Medellin.’

I luckily ended up on a private tour today of one of the most iconic and transformational neighborhoods in the city. Learning about the people, history, culture, architecture, infrastructure, as well as all the symbolic meanings behind this beautiful art was truly extraordinary.

So thankful for my tour guide @difetto_difabbrica3 who was born and raised in Comuna 13. Eddy is proud of his people and the city for being able to transform from being known as one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in Medellin to what it is today - an energetic environment that showcases its resilience.

Since I came here for 24x hours one day on tour two years ago, I knew I wanted to spend an extended period of time here…and here we are.

Keeping promises to myself, not just escaping Canada but meeting people who inspire me, push me to grow, expand my mind and become the best version of me every day.

Sometimes people ask me if I have kids..to which I respond with ‘no, but I’m a really cool, fun aunt’ 🙃

Sienna, I have watched you grow from the womb to today, I cannot believe you are already 7 (going on 17 😝). I have been there for every phase of your growing up years, from the terrible two’s to present; future pro soccer player 😉

Our time together is precious, from airplanes to bath times where we listen and watch the same music videos every time 💃🏻

Watching you grow is so special to me, and I cannot wait to be there for all the years to come ✨

Another year of immense personal growth, learning lessons and unforgettable memories.

Toured 11 countries, strengthened connections and met the most amazing people. Learned to be more vulnerable than ever, accept what I couldn’t control even when it hurt like h*ll.

Moved out of my home in Toronto and discovered that home is wherever I go ☀️🌴

Stepped out of my comfort zone and danced into the unknown with open fkn arms 💪💃🏻

2025 I’m ready for whatever comes my way and grateful for every single part of this journey so far💫
