Our building has consisted of three massing which are tied together with landform objects within the context, which comprises of complex circulatory voids which are then transformed into workspace of various kinds that situated at different levels of the building.

The ground floor of the building serves as a lobby and retail areas, while on the outside, there are public space including open seating areas and gardens. More intimate and private working spaces including private offices, co working open offices and meeting spaces are located on different floors of the tower buildings. The interior spaces of the three towers are ultimately connected through a set of circulation system including stairs and footbridges. While the exterior envelope is framed and connected with shell like structures that act as glazing mullions, as well as lighting units at night time, thus further emphasizing the sense of connection within the form and spacial organisation of the building itself. taken in SCI-Arc by @miss_melooo

八月photodump.’.’✨

1) 今年夏天其中好期待的任務便是上蘇師傅嘅風水堂.’ 身邊朋友應該都知道我近幾年愈來愈醉心於學習玄學（可能都有比過命盤我去學習/練習🫴🏻)，但因為一直自學總係覺得一知半解…

同時都有個想法係學習風水可能會對我建築本行有幫助，畢竟好多香港或亞洲項目都係有風水師在背後指點，所以諗如果建築師對風水有一定了解，對於面對亞洲client多多少少亦有幫助🧐

記得細細個睇睇完風山水起精讀班又睇蘇師傅嘅書，會日日返學校幫同學睇掌相面相，估唔到今日有得上佢嘅堂學習🤲🏻 （開心😬）

2) 然後今次返香港行程好趕，好多朋友都見唔到… 但搵咗僅餘嘅時間去見my favourite couples @lydialamb + @victorcheungcth 😙 識咗十幾年都未見過佢飲酒，仲要第一次一齊double date就飲醉 (渣ga🤫）

3)返倫敦匆匆同 @manlilin 見一面（我們差點又錯過彼此），第一次試Georgian菜（aka外國小籠包）🤏🏻

EP 40 - 那些關於香港的色與彩之香港插畫師麥東記 Don Mak

提到香港著名的插畫師，相信大家都必定有聽過麥東記 (aka Don Mak @donmak )的名字。

喺香港從事插畫工作十幾年，由店鋪壁畫到插畫繪本，基本上在香港各個大小角落都會有看過他的作品和與他合作的各個大小品牌。出於對 Don Mak 作品的熱愛（加上聽聞他也是我們的聽眾🌷），今集有幸邀請到佢上嚟傾一傾一直以來的藝術路程✨

當中有提到原來Don和Melody同是出生於元朗（甚至是同一間中學），由十幾歲出身到漫畫社工作，參與過《金瓶梅》及玉皇朝旗下漫畫的創作；再傾到之後Don選擇離開漫畫社，重新投入校園重修藝術，慢慢發展起自己的個人風格。當中內容包括佢對香港字體的研究，在插畫行業遇到的難處及體驗，以及對於這個年代如何與AI競爭等等。

在Don的筆下香港總是佈富滿色彩，今集有我哋陪你一起打探香港插畫家背後的經歷同故事✨

帶起咗一陣精緻嘅室內設計風潮後，
我哋就成日喺好多人嘅post入面
見到一啲重複性嘅傢俬或者設計家品🤌🏻
當中一定少不了有野口勇的燈飾

但係大家對於野口勇的認識又有多少呢？
