Much deserved appreciation post for my sweet family. 🩷As my reign comes to an end, I’ve been taking time to reflect on the people who have supported me and guided me throughout this incredible year.My family has made the biggest impact on my life, especially when it comes to encouraging me to follow my dreams. I am truly blessed with the best support system. From my very first pageant in elementary school, they have been dedicated to helping me reach my goals and have never stopped cheering me on. Traded my heels for sneakers this morning for Buddy Indoor Soccer ⚽💙My buddy, Emma, and I hit it off right away. I’m not sure if we had more fun playing soccer or laughing, talking, and getting to know each other. Isaiah 60:22 — “When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen.” 🤍It’s been 48 hours since I was crowned Miss High School America, and it still doesn’t feel real. This dream would not have come true without the support of so many.To my Savior, Jesus Christ, thank you for placing this dream on my heart and giving me the strength to keep pushing forward. Your timing is always perfect.To Mom, Dad, and Maddy, thank you for being my biggest cheerleaders. I love you all more than you will ever know.To Kristel, Candy, and the Carolina Crew, thank you for everything you have poured into me. You saw potential in a shy Jr. High contestant and helped shape me into who I am today.To Ms. Danyel, months ago when you told me I was capable of winning Overall Interview at Miss High School America, I could hardly believe you. But look what happened, we did it! Every Tuesday night lessons paid off. To KB, after years of preparation and summers spent in Little Rock, we are finally bringing home this dream title. Four Years…🖤🪽Four years of promoting BRAVE, growing Raise Your Hand, supporting my elementary sister queens, saying yes to every speaking opportunity, and perfecting countless modeling routines. Every moment with the @misshighschoolamericaorg has shaped who I am today. My journey in this organization has never been about perfection. It has been defined by hard work, determination, and a commitment to making a true impact.As I walk into finals tonight, my heart is full. I feel so blessed to have spent this week in Little Rock, and no matter what happens, I know this journey has been exactly what God intended it to be.Thank you to all of my coaches and mentors for all you have poured into me, and for always supporting me while chasing my dreams.
